Pros: Clean and comfortable.
Pros: Bed was super comfortable.
Cons: Shower was dirty and toilet leaked.
Pros: Cleanliness and comfort of room....
Cons: Breakfast was very poor. Coffee weak...
Pros: Rooms were nice and clean. Very close to lake as we were on a fishing trip. Staff even provided freezer space for our cleaned fish. I was very happy with our stay!
Cons: The breakfast was good, but wished they had some bacon or sausage with the eggs and pancakes.
Located in West Frankfort, Americas Best Value Inn West Frankfort is within a 5-minute drive of Veterans Military Museum and Coal Miner's Memorial Park. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The staff was understanding about check out and provided things I requested
Cons: The hotel experience period and it was in the middle of a ghost town
Cons: The room was not clean, the food area was filthy, crumbs littered in every corner of area. Behind the front desk looked like a messy office, not a hotel. Papers everywhere stacks and stacks... carpets in area very dirty.
Pros: New flooring but not carpet
Cons: No bathroom counter space. It only had a pedistol sink. Towels were tiny and not soft. Lobby and halls were dated and smelled musty and like old cigarette smoke. Breakfast was only cold cereal or toast/bagel
Pros: No eggs at all no breakfast was replenished and we went down at 7 am. Beds were nice
Cons: The sleeping was good and we were a family of 5
Pros: Extremely helpful, professional, and accommodating. Helped me put with several problems I had. Printed out my return flight schedule for me. I left an item behind that they found immediately, and helped get it returned to me. Maids were very courteous.
Cons: The fact that I had to leave!
Pros: Good breakfast and clean . the manager is a great person and very clean.
Cons: I love it here. Best place for price
Pros: The jet tub was very relaxing after a long day of work. Thank you
Cons: Nothing. It WAS PERFECT
Pros: Owner/manager welcomed me, offered the wi-fi code, when he knew my wife was with me , he changed the room to a king size bed. He was glad to see me, unlike the Days Inn in Harrisburg & the German Village Motel in Columbus. He could laugh when joked with, unlike any of the other receptions.
Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet .
Cons: No issues everything good
Pros: The housekeepers were very nice and very good at their jobs.
Cons: Was given a smoking room. Opened the door and the smoke smell was over whelping. Had to open the window. Bedding had cigarette burns. Blow dryer broke. The woman that checked me in was not friendly. Hard to sleep as walls are paper thin and could hear people on each side of my room.
Pros: Spacious, comfortable rooms and beds, great for larger families.
Cons: The breakfast was a joke.

Pros: Very nice staff and it was clean.
Cons: Better pillows
Pros: It is very convenient to I-57 and my destination in Thompsonville. Very comfortable and clean for the price point.
Cons: The room didn't have quite enough light for my taste.
Pros: The room was clean and neat and we got exactly what we wanted a bed and a couch. The man at the counter was very nice and polite. it was a very good deal for the price.
Cons: everything was fine we had no dislikes
Pros: Great and very nice
Pros: Room and beds were comfortable. Lots of food options nearby. A/C system worked very well.
Cons: The shower height was VERY uncomfortable. At 6 ft tall I had to bend down for shower to hit my head. Some more television and movie options in room would have been a big plus.
Pros: Close to interstate, parking for truck and trailer. Good scrambled eggs. Nice manager.
Cons: Had that cleaning fluid smell.
Cons: Price. It was cheaper at hotel!
Pros: I liked the location based on the reason I was in town in the first place. It was also close to I-57 and within walking distance of restaurants, a convenience store, and a drug store.. The rooms included a small refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee maker, which I did not have the need to use. I appreciated that they provided a hot breakfast.
Cons: The facility is very dark and dreary and definately needs a face-lift. The rooms are not well appointed, darker colors, nothing but one mirror on the wall, the curtain was not fully on the rod. It was overpriced for the appearance of the facility. I've paid the same amount for much nicer accomodations. Security was virtually non- existant. Any passerby could have entered the building because of unsecured entrances. I was there three nights, but no one came in from housekeeping after the first night, but did after the second. The soaps were so small you barely had enough there for one use when taking a shower. Styrofoam cups in the bathroom and bear the coffeemaker were not covered.
Pros: Staff was pleasant. This was a clean and safe option for spending the night.
Cons: I wasn't concerned about the safety or cleanliness of the building, but was unimpressed with the physical condition of the building. The rooms were shabbily maintained.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Really good location.
Pros: very friendly and polite staff. Vintage feel, very clean.
Pros: Not much. So much need updating and overall in disrepair.
Pros: Price was right
Cons: Bed could be more comfortable, more electrical outlets
Pros: Convienent to our destination.
Cons: No kleenex. Refrigerator did not work. Door was hard to open. Parking lot rough. No breakfast.
Pros: Nothing to like.
Cons: The office was UN-staffed and it was necessary to ring the doorbell. The people who own the place have been there for 10 years and surely they could had made improvements that was sorely needed. Some of it merely cleaning.
Pros: It was convenient
Cons: Could barely open the door
Pros: Everything Confortable
Cons: Great place
Pros: Huge parking lot in back lot, large rooms, friendly staff, air freshener in room, and quiet. Clean for an old building.
Cons: Door did not open easily. Older building (most of the town is old buildings from waaay back, maybe when town was first built), room smelled slightly mildewed, has not been upgraded since about the 70's but has some newer furniture in rooms. Outside of building has a more modern look.
Pros: It was very clean. Perfect if you are only looking for a good night sleep Good value for your money.
Cons: The heater was not working, but they gave us a different room and problem solve

Cons: Needs updated badly
