Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They gave my daughters and I a suite for no extra charge and found us a refrig and microwave even when they were at full capacity. I liked the heat lamp in the bathroom and the bay windows with bench seating. It was the perfect place to set our luggage out of the way without having to unpack for one night or squat on the floor. No elevator on site. We had to carry our bags up and down the flight of stairs. I've never heard of a two story hotel without an elevator! Is this even legal in regards to being compliant with the disability laws? What if one of us were in a wheelchair? We arrived later at night, so how would they have accommodated us if they were already at full capacity and there were no rooms downstairs available?

Josh and Melissa were both very professional and delightful. Know everything about anything I had a Q/A about. Always had a pleasant smile and willing to help in any area! Romm was just inviting and very clean! I will make sure on my next visit to Ohio, I will choose your Hotel! Thank Y'all for making my one day lay-over an, extremely, wonderful stay! No free breakfast most hotels offer breakfast

Nice hotel, clean and obviously new. No alcohol in the "bar" despite the advertisement in the elevator suggesting that you have cocktails at the bar. Yes - I know you will get your liquor license in a few months.

Great price and nice staff. The option was to stay with family and be a inconvenience or stay in a cheap motel and spend money and get privacy and free breakfast. I don't regret my decision. Stayed for 4 nights and had a good stay Cigarette smell even in non smoking room. Burn mark in the "clean sheet". Small towels in the shower

The staff was helpful and friendly, the rooms were neat, clean and tidy and the overall atmosphere was open and inviting. I especially liked the wide hallways and many windows. The large entryway, the arrangement of the comfortable chairs and the position of the breakfast room was excellent. I liked having the food service area distinct from the eating area. The small kitchen was very well arranged. There was a dishwasher, a thoughtful and helpful addition. The yogourt we had for breakfast had a use-by date of late March. We were there the first weekend of May. Finding the elevators was difficult on the second and third floors where our rooms were. It would be helpful to have a sign on the wall across from elevators. A sign that could be seen from the long hallways.

Pretty standard "freeway ramp" motel. However, walk around the back and tucked under some lovely trees is a good size pool. Very serene landscaping and not at all what I expected. Quit and comfortable. Outdoor lighting inadequate, staff seemed quite stretched and "no nonsense" - not much hospitality

This hotel is literally right off the Interstate -- very easy off and back on, but you would never know it with no road noise in the hotel. Staff takes great pride in their service and the appearance of the hotel. New mattresses (!) made for a heavenly night's sleep. The entire hotel appears brand new, but is actually 5 years old. Really great breakfast, for a self-serve hot breakfast. Attentive staff kept things fresh and full. All and all, a really great value for the money.

I have stayed here a few times since they opened. One of the best run and nicest designed Holiday Inns in the country..! I recommend it highly. While you are there try the local pizza.

Always a nice visit. Very clean, and they now have Keurig coffees in the room! I think it should have a higher star rating than the two 1/2 though. I would rate it 3 or four minimum. Breakfast was great too! Very minor things. Occasionally, I smelled an odd smell in the room, as if something else was masking it, but the room was super clean! Also (and this goes for any hotel I stay in), I wish there was an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Not a problem though.

Reasonable rates, close to everything, and Safe. I really resent people who go to public places then complain about the habits of others.

The room was small and smelled of cigarette smoke, however was close to turnpike and reasonably priced.
