Pros: Everything was great. We enjoyed the atmosphere, the place, the quietness and of course the breakfast from the hotel. It's a beautiful place to stay on your holidays, when you need to relax from your work. Clean room and kind staff.
Pros: Delicious breakfast, it is probably the best mattress I ever slept
Pros: Such a special hotel - we loved staying there !
Pros: Hotel Alpenhof is different to other hotels I've stayed in - it is a bit more traditional, which made a lovely change! We loved our room, which included a sitting room where we could relax if we didn't want to sit in the bedroom, and the little chocolate left on our pillows every day when we returned! Breakfast is very good (selection of German meats, bread, cheese and other cereals and yoghurts) and the staff are very friendly if you need anything. It is also easy to find your way to Gauting station from the hotel, handy if you're travelling into Munich every day. Also, the double bed we had was two beds with two duvets as you might find in other German hotels - I found my duvet too hot the first night as the weather was warm and the winter duvets had been put in, but after a quick chat with the staff the next morning the duvet was changed to a lighter one, resulting in a much better sleep for me!
Cons: The only thing we missed was having a kettle to make tea in the room, but seeing as this is not a British hotel we didn't expect one! Luckily, staff were on hand to make a pot of tea if required, so not really an issue.
Pros: This hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again. The breakfast options were great, and the staff was very friendly.
Pros: Lovely, friendly and just love staying at the Alpenhof. Everyone here are so very nice and take care of our every need. We come here every time we visit the Munich area and will continue coming back. The gardens are beautiful and the breakfast is delicious with a charming server in Bavarian dress. Love out German vacations, thanks to the Alpenhof!
Cons: Liked everything!
Pros: Very friendly staff, clean rooms, free Wifi that was also actually working, hot water in the shower....
Pros: Great breakfast, including Weißwurst.
Pros: Twin double bed, offers choice of one firm and one soft mattress. Very comfortable
Pros: Such kind helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble and always smiling! Room was lovely and comfortable, choice of mattress and pillows. Fabulous hot shower in a modern, bright bathroom.
Cons: Just one thought that the bath towels could have been a little larger! But it's not really a gripe as everything was so lovely here.

Pros: Well located between Munich and Landsberg, clean rooms and very friendly and attentively staff - even assigned us two rooms next to each other!
Cons: Our rooms were above the smoking area outside. Hard to sleep with open windows due to smell and loud conversations of smokers
Pros: new & comfort
Cons: no services in the area. parking with fee
Pros: New hotel - well placed close to the freeway. Nice - modern rooms, helpful staff (we arrived after the kitchen was closed yet they still whipped up a cold cuts/cheese plate for us!!! Good wifi. Very good experience - perfect for a traveller needing a place while driving.
Cons: All good - just a word of warning for more people staying in one room. The bathroom/toilet - while nicely designed (glass/glass/glass) - offers small amount of privacy when required.
Pros: The Hotel is absolutely new, clean and pleasurable! The staff is very friendly and attentive, the breakfast for only 10 Euro a steal
Cons: Nothing that comes to mind
Pros: Comfortable and clean
Pros: Fitness & Sauna are great! Staff is very nice.
Cons: 1 elevator from the 2 was not working.
Pros: clean, big room, good service, modern, well located (close to autobahn entrance),quiet, good breakfast.
Cons: air conditioning was too strong so we felt a bit cold in room when outside was 35 degree. (ಡωಡ)
Pros: Good comfortable bed , quality furnishings, good breakfast. Have stayed at nearby B&Bs before but this place is much cheaper and several times better !
Cons: Dinner was a bit expensive. But given that there aren't any other options around - except for a petrol station McD or pubs about 2km away - can't complain.
This hotel in Bernried is just a 4-minute walk from the lovely Starnberg Lake. Enjoy free WiFi internet access and a free breakfast buffet to start your day. Landgasthof Drei Rosen features comfortable rooms with modern amenities and delicious, classic meals in the cosy Drei Rosen restaurant. The Langasthof Drei Rosen is a great option for exploring the beautiful surroundings and the lake. The property is 50 minutes away by train from Munich and its Oktoberfest. Limited private parking is available on site and free public parking is available nearby.
Pros: Lovely room in quiet village within walking distance of excellent museum
Cons: Not really a complaint, but we couldn't understand the menu. I wish I'd had a German dictionary with me, but I think it's my fault for not brushing up on my German. I don't see why they should provide an English menu.
Pros: Property is extremely clean. Rooms are very comfortable. Elevator is available. Excellent restaurant. Large, comfortable bathroom - also spotless.
Cons: Parking is very tight, but there was one free place to which we were directed, so no problem.
Pros: Lovely area and lovely hotel, nice dining area, rooms are spacious, warm and comfortable, good breakfast
Cons: Seems to be slightly overpriced
Cons: Service non existent
Pros: Great place for family and not only, amazing kitchen and Bavarian beer. Very friendly stuff, rooms clean and tidy. Nice location near the lake
Pros: A classic country pub, Bavarian style. Modern interior, spotlessly clean, with lovely bathrooms and comfortable beds. The restaurant facilities are excellent - loads of character and traditional food that caters for a variety of tastes. Staff are professional, very helpful and speak English well. About 12 mins walk from train station. Short walk to landing for the ferry that travels around the big lake where you can also swim. Card shop down the road with fun souvenirs and a lady that speaks excellent English, Post Office in a house nearby, two banks, with helpful staff. Locals very friendly and helpful with directions, especially if you speak some German.
Cons: Our room on the top floor did get warm in the hot weather. Because the Germany style door / window to the balcony doesn't allow fly screens, we had to keep it shut overnight to keep mosquitoes out.
Pros: A true paradise of natural beauty, comfort and hospitality!!! Best experience ever. Strongly recommended!!! Merci beaucoup!
Pros: Beautiful location, supremely quiet, excellent beer. Friendly staff, good bavarian food.wonderful shower, lovely to have a balcony.
Cons: The bed was a bit lumpy and soft.
Pros: This is one of those family-run, small-town hotels that Germany does so well; everything is tidy and professionally done. I enjoyed my flower-draped balcony, the breakfast and the location just off the lake. It's well-situated for fun things to do -- swimming, bicycling, hiking, riding on the excursion boat and visiting the Buchheim Museum.
Cons: The main focus of the business is the restaurant, not the hotel, so the staff are mainly occupied with that. However, the restaurant/beer garden is really good, so that can be forgiven!
Located directly beside Lake Starnberger See, this traditional-style hotel in Seeshaupt offers a restaurant with large terrace, and free WiFi in the entire hotel. The small pool area contains a steam room, sauna and a tepidarium. The elegant rooms at the Seeresidenz Alte Post feature a TV, a cosy seating area, and big windows with scenic views. Rooms for disabled guests are available. The Seeresidenz’s classical-style restaurant serves creative, seasonal specialities and fine wines. Homemade cakes and gateaux are offered in the afternoons. The Alte Post Seeshaupt is a great base for activities including cycling, water sports, and golf. Munich city centre is 45 minutes away by car.
Pros: Amazing lake resort just at the bank of the SeeHaupt lake.
Pros: Large high-ceilinged rooms with beautiful view and helpful kitchen facilities. Good food and lots of electric plugs. A modern hotel with good wi-fi and a good breakfast.
Cons: No air conditioning, which made the rooms stuffy on the warm summer nights.
Pros: Breakfast on the terrace overloooking Starnbergersee on a beautiful June morning was lovely! Good breakfast. Rooms spacious and attractive, with a kettle (a bonus). Everything clean and well attended to.
Cons: Not much they can do about this - the road between the hotel and the lakeshore is unfortunate.
Pros: Really nice place with great wellness facilities, great breakfast. Was possible to borrow area map for hiking and bicycling. Very good pariking facilities both for the car and bicycles.
Cons: Would have been nice if it was easier to cross the main road.
Pros: Lovely service and food
Cons: Room on noisy corner of road
Pros: Location and view from the room were super
Cons: It’s not really a hotel rather a retirement home with some rooms used as a hotel... This has to be written on the description! Even though in general if we had known it in advance, it wouldn’t maybe bother us but we were there to celebrate our anniversary, at a nice location with a nice view, being surrounded with only old people in wheel chair etc was kind of strange for the occasion... And I understand that it makes sense for a retirement home to open like this but then they should offer the rooms for cheaper. It was definitely too expensive for what it is. Even though as a first impression it doesn’t look dirty, it was not clean. There was a dead bug on the floor in the room - someone has squeezed and killed it and no one ever bothered cleaning it apparently - and afterwards we saw a living one on the curtain. It had probably entered from the window but still very disturbing.
Pros: Nice location, clean room
Cons: Kitschen close at 20...nothing for buy. Breakfast small choice, no any fruit or vegetable. If I ordered Ham ane eggs, got scramble egss with ham.
Pros: An excellent location with outstanding views across the lake
Pros: The hotel is located in a very nice place and in a quite area. The staff is professional and always available. The restaurant is good with a menu of meat and fish. To whom like fish I suggest to try the local fish with asparagus.
Pros: Easy parking.
Cons: This facility is directly connected to an assistant living facility so you are sharing the breakfast and dining room. Not so upbeat. The Wifi was terrible. We have two laptops and neither of them worked. I complained at the front desk the first day and was told to enjoy my vacation and not worry about having internet. Seriously? I work on the internet. The third day we complained enough to get management attention. We were offered another laptop which was their only solution. There is no reliable wifi reception anywhere in the place. An overall miserable experience.
Located at the edge of the Alling Business Park, Lichtblick Hotel Garni offers comfortable rooms just 20 km from Munich. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the hotel. All rooms at Lichtblick Hotel Garni are very spacious and include a small kitchenette. There is a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom. The hotel is ideally located for exploring the Bavarian countryside, and several lakes are within a 20-minute drive. The nearby town of Fürstenfeldbruck is only 7 km away. A breakfast buffet is provided each morning at the hotel. Lichtblick Hotel Garni is 5 km from Gilching Train Station, and it is a 10-minute drive to the A96 motorway. Private parking is available on site at the hotel for a fee.
Pros: Great big rooms, ok breakfast. Free parking in underground garage.
Cons: Remoteness of location
Pros: Clean &, big room Comfortable beds and pillows Reasonable varity at breakfast Close enought to s-ban station to travel to munich
Cons: It wasnt easy to find the key hole for the parking garage.
Pros: Huge rooms in a modern hotel. Very clean, comfortable, quiet.
Cons: A comfortable chair in the room would be nice. The coffee machine in the breakfast corner should be avoided.
Pros: There is a Type 2 charging possibility (free of charge) available in the parking garage. Just ask the staff (and make sure, that they unlock it, as only they have the key and the reception is staffed only until 7p.m.
Cons: Be careful: on the lightswitch in front of the bathroom there is a motion sensor. In our case this was set on "auto", so all the lights in the room went on, as soon as one of us just moved a little bit in bed. So, honestly, the first night was horrible. If you find the tiny switch under the main lightswitch and turn it off, everything is fine. What I personally found very weird, is the "Grander water" advertisement everywhere, which is just bogus. Coffee at breakfast is not really good.
Pros: Rooms were ok, friendly staff
Cons: Rooms on the down-floor are next to the break-fast area, which opens at 06:30...
Pros: The breakfast is very good!
With a stay at Landhotel Huber Am See in Muensing (Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen), you'll be 2 minutes by foot from Lake Starnberg. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: staff always very nice. always enjoy the restaurant for lunch and dinner as well.
Cons: would be nice to have more choice for breakfast
Pros: We stayed only one night in this hotel on our way to Italy. We had a room in the dependence building, it was clean and quiet, bed was OK and the car could park just in front of the door.
Cons: For a longer stay it would be better to ask for the room in the main building with a see view.
Pros: Great Location, great atmosphere, great food, great surroundings! Perfect for a relaxed weekend immersed in the nature :)

Feldafing S-Bahn Train Station is 85 metres from the property and offers a direct connection to central Munich.
Pros: The staff was great! it is an owner-run facility and guest are treated with a lot of consideration. friendly facility that makes you fell as family, the facility is in a walking distance from the train station
Cons: The facility has no elevator,
Pros: This is my 3rd stay.
Pros: Location is right next to train station. Check-in is not until 4 p.m., thankfully we got there before noon and the staff were still there, so they let us in and we were able to drop off our bags and explored Andechs Monastery by train to Tutzing and then bus. Otherwise, we would be carrying our luggages with us. We also took the train to Garmisch. It was a good spot to explore other places as it is close to Munich as well. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.
Cons: Wifi connection is not consistent, which may be a challenge for travelers who need to be connected because of work and other things. I wanted to break away from the digital world, so it wasn’t an issue for me.
Pros: Staff are excellent, opposite train station so quick ride regular into Munich Central.. great food and clean comfortable well equipped rooms ... great rates unlike central Munich ....
Pros: I was traveling on bike and found this place suitable for travelers like me: clear, friendly, good steak. personal gratitude to Julia for her hospitality.
Pros: Sitting out in the beer garden and eating dinner at night time.
Cons: 10pm closing time.
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was a great size. Breakfast was good with enough choice and good quality!
Cons: We didn't like the 2 single mattresses and the bed was not overly comfy. The room was not the biggest, but for 1 night was more than acceptable.
Pros: Friendly staff ready to help you whatever you need. Good breakfast, lovley place near the Stranberger See and the Rosensinsel.
Cons: The value for money wasn't o.k. The bad smells of the kitchen of the hotels restaurant went up the stairway into the room. 50 % of the price we payed would have been enough.
Pros: Great food and wine. Very close to the station.
Pros: Food was great and the room was clean. The staff was very friendly and flexible. It is a great place to stay for a night.
With a stay at Schlossgut Oberambach Bio-Hotel und Vitalzentrum in Muensing (Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen), you'll be 13 minutes by foot from Lake Starnberg. Featured amenities include a business center, express check-in, and express check-out. Planning an event in Muensing? This hotel has facilities measuring 2443 square feet (227 square meters), including a conference center. A train station pick-up service is available for a surcharge.
Pros: The location of the hotel was only a short walk from Starnberger lake and the surrounding area was incredibly beautiful. We loved the little garden and the swimming pond and the hotel and the rooms made an overall lovely impression.
Cons: We were quite disappointed by the restaurant. We reserved a table for our first evening but were not greeted and lead to our table when we arrived at the restaurant. Some menu cards were only a few sheet of paper fixed with staples (which reminded us of a cheap take away restaurant), which is quite disappointing for a restaurant with an average price of 20£ for a main dish. The food was well presented but did entirely lack in taste. We asked for a dessert menu (which they did not have, but did then inform us about desserts that were not written down anywhere), and were again disappointed by the lack of taste. We also ordered a coffee, which our waiter forgot to bring and had the overall impression that staff was slightly stressed and not well organised. Also : little things like the cushion lying ‘the wrong way’ on the bench with the zipper and the washing instruction showing or empty glasses without anybody noticing and offering a new drink only added up to the overall very disappointing experience.
Pros: splendid location with garden overlooking mountains around Lake Starnberg. Lovely room
Cons: Restaurant about OK, but slightly below the quality of rest of hotel. Non-discounted prices are a bit steep
Pros: Food was good.
Cons: Poor service, especially for this price class.
Pros: Excellent on all fronts. Great location, lovely staff, interesting food
Pros: The country location, proximity to the lake, breakfast
Cons: The bed was uncomfortable, room was cold
Pros: The location and the grounds of the property are very nice. We enjoyed the walk down to the Starnberger See where the hotel owns a small piece of lakefront land. Its a 10 min walk down hill to the lake. (Be aware that there are no bathroom facilities by the lake, so plan accordingly if you plan to stay at the lake longer.) The hotel is also in a very quiet location. Our friends really enjoyed the sauna.
Cons: Here are a couple of things to be aware of: Our hotel room and that of our friend was very small. You cannot access the bed from both sides, so one of you has to crawl into bed from the foot of the bed. We had a room on the top floor under the roof. The room got VERY warm, despite the fan provided by the hotel. The shower door did not close all the way, so taking a shower without getting water all over the bathroom floor was a bit of a challenge. There is very little cell phone reception in the area where the hotel is located and the hotel wifi is hit or miss. Also, the hotel turns off the wifi completely between 11 pm and 7 am. Breakfast served was nothing special compared to breakfast served at any other standard hotel in the area. We did not eat at the hotel restaurant since there are many other restaurants in the area.
Pros: Very nice room and comfortable beds
Cons: The Wifi was not working so good in the room as we was not in the main building
Pros: The location is amazing, the surrounding country-side is picturesque and perfect for a relaxing nature-bound vacation. A short walk to the main lake (c. 15-20min) and then it gets even better. Ideal for couple getaways.
Cons: The location is great for children, with lots of wildlife in the small lake (Frogs, snails etc), although the atmosphere of the hotel is probably more suited to adults seeking a quite retreat.
Pros: The environment
Cons: A lot of details that disappointed us
Cons: Could not eat in the restaurant. Bed was against the wall so had to climb over husband to get out.
Situated in Gauting, Landhotel Türmer features accommodation with free WiFi and flat-screen TV. There is a fully equipped private bathroom with shower and a hairdryer. Guests at the bed and breakfast can enjoy a buffet breakfast. Munich is 18 km from Landhotel Türmer. The nearest airport is Munich Airport, 59 km from the accommodation.
Pros: I really enjoyed the german bread and jams.... so good!
Pros: Cosy and comfortable Staffs are very kind
Cons: A bit far from Gauting but can walk
Cons: Single room was simply a large closet. No place to put suitcase. Bed was uncomfortable. WiFi was worthless...could not get on and when you did it lasted 5 minutes then off you go. This is basically a "zimmer free" situation...not a "hotel" in any way...ok in a pinch as it is clean and the owner in friendly...but VERY basic.
Boasting an extremely quiet yet central location on the southwest outskirts of Munich, between the lake Starnberger See and the state capital, this hotel awaits your visit within the unique villa district of Gauting. Constructed in 1908, this listed building underwent extensive and careful renovation work 10 years ago. It offers an attractive beer garden beneath ancient trees.
Pros: Clean and comfortable with good wifi.
Cons: The single bed was a bit narrow. I felt I was going to fall out!
Pros: Clean. comfortable and spcious rooms. Lift to upper floors. Handy for Starnberg - if the S-Bahn is working! Good breakfast.
Pros: clean, quiet good breakfast and beer garden
Cons: pillow a little lumpy, big room key
Pros: Hotel's restaurant was very nice. The staffs of restaurant and hotel both are always friendly and kind. To the S-Bahn station is about 5min to walk. Around the station there are some shops, bank and also cinema. The room is clean and comfortable. Everything fine :)
Pros: A good location for an overnight stop. Good breakfast. It was raining when I left and the receptionist kindly escorted me to my car with an umbrella.
Cons: The single room was not as good as the one they gave me three weeks previously. It was small and dark and overlooked the beer garden which was noisy on a Saturday night. I also thought it was odd that the lady who checked me in didn't recognise me. Computers tell you those things!
Pros: Simple buffet breakfast but good quality, freshly baked rolls and bread etc.
Pros: The lady in reception was very helpful. The staff in the restaurant was friendly, patient and efficient and spoke perfect English (our German is poor!)
With a stay at The STARNBERGSEE Hideaway in Pfaffenwinkel, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Lake Starnberg and Buchheim Museum. Featured amenities include luggage storage and a safe deposit box at the front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Location on the lake; however some rooms face towards the main road.
Cons: Feels like they’re still not quite ready or finished. Some builders rubbish could be seen in the front garden. Front garden isn’t finished with muddy patches and dried out hedges. Staff at reception was slow and dinner was not available because the chef was ill. (Not a huge prob as their is a restaurant next door, but you get the gist).
Pros: Outstanding location, the rooms are confi, clean and modern. The restaurant from the hotel is also lovely. Perfect spot for a little getaway!
Cons: Service could be a bit professionalized but the staff was helpful.
Pros: Excellent view and service
Pros: Location is beautiful....house will be fine one day...BUT NOT YET
Cons: The whole hotel AND Garden are not finished yet and you can feel it at any moment. You have constantly the impression that things are improvised. It is not functioning as a hotel of this price should. Very unfortunate!
Pros: The view is great and the staff is very friendly and helpful
Cons: The shower cabinet is very delicate and in the near future will need a lot of maintenance
Pros: Perfect location in the Voralpenland.
Pros: The Restaurant ‚Haus am See‘ & the breakfast.
Cons: The garden and tthe genral fact ‚men @ work‘
Pros: Room was huge, comfortable The bar tender was great The dinner in the Resto exquisite Breakfast not cheap but excellent
Cons: The weather
Pros: The location was absolutely outstanding. The building is new, very tastefully furnished and decorated to a high standard. The bed was extremely comfortable and the Junior suite an acceptable size.
Cons: No mini-bar in the suite but offered the solution to place our water etc., in their kitchen refrigerator. No Air-conditioning in the rooms but the hotel provided a fan on request. No roof-top bar....seating only. No phones in the room or on roof top terrace. The garden view suite faced the main road, so noisy with the windows open. Limited garden/sun beds. There was no restaurant service either at lunch-time or evening on the Friday and Saturday due to functions in the hotel and their "partner" restaurant next door. Had we been advised at the time of booking (or even after the booking made) we would not have booked and/or could have booked elsewhere. We believe in a drink and don`t drive policy, so for us it is important. Given the functions, the full facilities were not available to us and we felt somewhat "in the way" in a corner on the terrace. Our advice, "Provide a comfortable designated area for your separate hotel guests please and service them" What was supposed to be a relaxing 3 nights away to celebrate our anniversary was stressful.
Cons: The hotel is not ready for customers. Rooms were not cleaned properly. There was a pretzel from the previous person under the bed. Bath products were not replaced. Sauna area was openend, no towels there, no shower gel. Bathroom highly disfunctional from set up. Reception not staffed most of the time. Breakfast very limited selection (did not eat there when I saw the very limited food).
Pros: The room was lovely & the surrounding area was beautiful for cycling.
Pros: Clean rooms , peaceful location, good Bavarian food, fair price. That says it all.
Pros: Generally really good place. Nice food, great beer, silence in surrounding, big rooms
Cons: To cold warm water in shower
Pros: Great location, friendly staff, nice place, good food at the restaurant at the same building as the hotel.. Enjoyed our stay! Recommend!
Pros: A clean and comfortable room, excellent food and a very welcoming and friendly host.
Cons: Nothing I can thinnk of.
Pros: amazing experience. Everything is clean and tidy. The hosts were nice and courteous Thanks for everything
Pros: a quite country location
Pros: Nice, calm and pure countryside. Breakfast was superb
Pros: - everything was great, also their restaurant serving bavarian specialties is great - the location is in very peaceful place surrounded by fields, you can't even believe that you are less than 30minutes from München
Cons: absolutely nothing to say
Pros: The bed was very comfortable. The Wi-Fi was the best this week and we stayed in four different hotels! They served my favorite coffee-that was a treat!
Cons: More choices for breakfast please!
Pros: Friendly staff, beautiful surrounding, the rooms are really nice and spacious, clean and comfortable. Dinner is really good. Pets are welcome.
Pros: The staff was so nice, our room was clean and comfortable. Food was very good. We liked everything at this location.
Pros: Very simple room, almost no furniture other than that is absolutely needed. Room size well above average hotel room, bathroom is also spacious. 12 TV channels only, not much to choose from. Internet WiFi access does not properly cover the fuill house, man can run into trouble having to find better reception. Other than that, WiFi is OK. Please note that on Monday evening the restaurant is closed. Breakfast was enough, but not a very wide selection. A plate of sausages, hams, cheeses and a boiled egg, with either coffee or tea, and a glass of orange juice. For a longer stay it could be a bit boring to eat the same every morning.

Featured amenities include a computer station, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. This hotel has 5 meeting rooms available for events. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Exquisite view and could sit in armchair and enjoy (when I wasn't working!)
Pros: Free parking, quick check-in, freindly staff
Cons: rooms require investment (a little outdated), loud room to the main street which was loud from 7 am onwards
Pros: Good location Friendly staff
Cons: It was very hot No air conditioning or even a fan!
Pros: Staff was extremely nice and helpful Excellent breakfast buffet Very close to the lake Beautiful neighbourhood
Cons: Wish there were more electrical outlets next to the bed. Had to unplug the bed lamp to charge my phone.
Pros: Very good setting
Cons: Lack of information in other languages.
Pros: Good location, breakfast was varied and tasty.
Cons: No air conditioning, very limited parking spaces on site, staff at dining room were not very polite
Pros: Super friendly and professional staff .
Pros: Nothing, the hotel has no style, it’s unpleasant when you arrive, the hall looks like as an entrance of hospital and the staff doesn’t welcome you with smille and happines. It’s not à hotel for leisure and pleasure but maybe good for a wedding or a seminar.
Cons: The room, a junior suite, was located under the roof without any system of cooler...with 30 degrees in the day the nights have been difficult. On top of that no fresh water is offered!!!
Pros: The breakfast was great. Restaurant staffs were good.
Cons: There were no coffee makers available in the rooms.

Pros: Great restaurant and location, very cozy and homelike place - all with the spirit of good old times. No crowds of tourists, pretty peaceful and very beautiful.
Cons: The WiFi was well available only in 1st floor of the building and not available in the riom at all. Quality of cleaning was also quite poor, since all the things were left almoust as they were
Pros: Staying in such a beautiful historical place is a unique moment. You quickly travel through time. Very friendly staff and excellent Schnitzel in the Bierstube.
Cons: It would be nice to have some air conditioning. I was slightly disappointed that the room with “village view” ended up being a room with road view ....
Pros: Location is super. Free bicycle renting. Nice reception staff working during the day. Sissi and Ludwig atmosphere. You can feel old times. Unfortuantelly you can also smell old times.
Cons: Uncomfortable bed. Poor breakfast. Cold breakfast available only. The only hot/cooked things were eggs. Very unpleasant night staff working at resception desk.
Pros: Excellent breakfast. Good staff. Nice rooms
Cons: Heat wave!! No AC and too many mosquitos to have the windows open. No screens
Pros: Nice place and good breakfast
Pros: Great for a relaxing holiday or if you a looking for a remote quiet stay
Pros: breakfast was great . we like the fact that this hotel is old fashioned
Pros: Lovely hotel in nice surroundings.
Cons: There was a wedding when I stayed there and I could not get food in the evening because everything was reserved. However it forced me to leave the property and I found an excellent restaurant by the lake, which I really enjoyed. I booked the hotel again a few days later and this time there was no wedding and the staff were less overwhelmed. I still ate by the lake.
Pros: History, location, staff
