A clean, spacious, beautifully furnished room. A good sized bathroom. Complimentary toiletries, tea, coffee, milk and chilled drinking water. A superb breakfast, cooked to order with an excellent choice of dishes. A warm welcome from people who clearly understand exactly what customer service ought to be. A location that's easy to find, close to the motorway and very convenient for nearby towns and places of work.
Nothing. The service here is first class in every respect.
Host was excellent, and breakfast was excellent.
Accomodation was in the form of a individual wooden chalet, set amongst a number of other wooden chalets. The accomodation would benifit from updating, especially the bathroom. We arrived late and expected to eat at the local pub, as highlighted to us through the booking. However on arrival we were advised that the pub was not serving meals, but drinks only, and this has been the case since the new owners took the pub over. Maybe this could have been communicated earlier so that we could have made alternative arrangements after a long journey. when the booking was made the total came to £80, however on check out we were charged £89. Not sure what the extra £9 was for as the breakfast was included in the original price.
The hosts Barbara and Troy were so lovely, warm and welcoming. The room and facilities were very clean. Really enjoyed my pre wedding stay here.
Great hosts, lovely breakfast, nice room. Fab price
The facilities and owners were very good and professional
