Art lovers will enjoy The Post Gallery & Sculpture Garden, where they can admire artwork from local Big Sur artists as well as international artists, and you will find diverse work such as sculptures, jewellery, and photographs. If you love plants, join the Post Ranch Inn’s gardener on the Edible Tour of Chef’s Garden, as he takes you on a 30m tour where you will learn about the inn’s specialty crops and their growing techniques, and you will even get to taste some of them. Finally, car lovers have their share of the fun too, as the inn has a number of Lexus cars available for guests to use during their stay.

The Post Ranch Inn has 3 Honeymoon Packages available for couple to choose from, ranging from 2 to 5 nights in length, all including champagne in the room on arrival, breakfast and one or two 4-course dinners at the renowned Sierra Mar restaurant, as well as a spa treatment experience. All the packages are fully customizable, making it easy for you to add or modify one of the activities or extend the number of nights spent at the inn.

You can book a Shaman Session which has the aim of aligning your ideal destiny with your energy, and lasts 1h for one person, or 1h and 30m for two persons. Alternatively, you can book a Fire Ceremony or a Drum Journey session, both of which include a Shaman Session, and both of which last 1h and 30m for one person, and 2h for two persons.

The Mercantile is the only shop located at the Post Ranch Inn and offers products that you will use or experience during your stay at the inn, such as organic linens that are made locally, bath and spa products, homeware, as well as the inn’s own branded apparel. The shop is open daily from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm, but they also have an online store in case you feel nostalgic a few months after your stay or run out of that Body Lotion you bought.

If you are looking to organize a private event such as a birthday or a celebration, you can do so at the Sierra Mar restaurant at the Post Ranch Inn. To book the event, you need to send a request form using the inn’s website including the date of the event and the number of attendees, and you will then be able to choose from a number of options regarding food and drinks. If you wish to have a cake at your event, the pastry team at the restaurant can also create custom cakes on request.(Prices checked 07/05/19).
