Cons: "Flight attendant sent me to Carousel 2 for baggage after I volunteered to send my carry on luggage to be checked. Carousel 2 did not have Alaska’s luggage. I waited for 20 minutes and finally went to lost luggage and found it. I was upset about this."

I was able to figure it out on the map option on the screen, but I would've liked to hear it verbally. Only suggestion I would have is an announcement on the plane for which baggage claim belt our luggage would come out of. I may not have heard it though, if there was an announcement. It was not difficult at all to figure out once I was in the baggage claim area, however if this was known while we were still on the flight, I prefer to know this info!"

Pros: "I was able to upgrade to 1st class at the gate for a low fee. Meal and drinks included, comfortable seating with decent leg room. Attendants greeted and called you by your name. Food came piping hot and my champagne was never empty! Loved their 1st class experience."

Cons: "Well, it's always difficult when one has to change terminals and the plane is delayed. It's even harder for those of us with mobility issues. I use a knee scooter and I was in a lot of pain by the time we finally boarded. The crew seemed just a bit confused as to what was going to happen to my scooter, although it worked out just fine. I couldn't get the in-flight wifi to work either of my two devices, nor could my seat mate. :( We were served food very late in the fight -- I had about 15 minutes to eat before the seat tray had to be put up. But worst, my flight home has been cancelled and rescheduled for a much later flight. As mobility device user, I'm limited on who can pick me up and when. This means an over two hour wait for my pick up person, which is very hard on a one-legged person. I asked Alaska if they would be willing to waive the fee for a different flight when I can get a prompt pick up person with room for my mobility device. They said they would not. I'm a little surprised, as Alaska claims to be ADA and military friendly. I'm not sure I'll fly Alaska again."

Cons: "I forgot to the flight attendant’s name but she was quite rude. I traveled with an infant who required warming up of her milk in a bottle and I would ask for hot water and she failed to bring it over. I requested hot water twice. Initially when the plane was taking off- she stated she cannot bring anything while the flight was taking off but even after take off and in cruising altitudes she did not come over until we rang the call bell and another flight attendant came over. Second time mid flight we happen to ask the same flight attendant for hot water as she passed by— she nodded her head but again never returned with the hot water. Again I hit the call button and another attendant came over and gave me water. I felt that she did not like attending to the flight guests and always seemed to give an attitude. I understand traveling with a child may be hard for others, but imagine the parents who have to care for a starving baby. The flight was also a bit too warm."

Just a week prior, my JetBlue flight was scheduled on time and then three things delayed thre flight for three hours right before we took off and now this! I was told it was due to needing to replace a crew member from another delayed flight. How can that affect so many people? The seat was also super uncomfortable and the back of the cushion was rolling forward, which made it hard to sit for that long. we also didn’t have a gate when we landed so that added on an extra 30minutes. Really disappointed."

Pros: "I liked that they offered quality and complimentary snacks and how they didn't make a big deal if we wanted like 2 tob4 servings of water as i get extremely dehydrated. Staff was friendly and their boarding times and door closing times were clearly printed on the b pass which i appreciated. If only their frequent flier numbers were partnered with more programs. Seats were clean and were connected so you cpukd watch tv and recharge your phone. Good variety of movies!"

Cons: "The fact that I was 3 minutes late to check my bag (due to a line and walking to the wrong counter the first time) and they would not allow me to go on my original flight and route my bag on another flight. This resulted in me and my bag getting pushed on two new flights and my overall travel time going from 4.5 hrs to 11 hrs which with a 15 month old is an eternity. Many other airlines will allow you to make exceptions when checking in late (I was still nearly 40 minutes prior to flight departure) and let me still check a bag OR allow me and my baby to stay on the same flight without the bag."

Pros: "I was about to miss the last bus home due to weather delay. the crew made an announcement asking passengers to let me get off first. Everyone did. They were amazing in every way."

It should be about clarity. I know, they say the same thing 10 times an hour...but I want to get what they are saying...particularly if it's about safety."

Pros: "I LOVED the comfort of the ample seating space and leg room, compared to American and free WiFi and movies with the individual monitors on the seat backs for every passenger. I flew Jet Blue on my return flight from LA to Boston to attend our son’s USC graduation. The flight from Boston to LA was on an American Airlines flight. The seats were super narrow with very cramped leg room. To add insult to discomfort , I learned just after take off on the American flight to LA that our dogs got loose at home and the person caring for them was frantic. I had to purchase in flight WIFI ($16/ hour $18 for the entire flight) to attend to the Lost dog issue (hugely stressful) only to learn after the flight that $300 worth of fraudulent charges occurred during the flight that my bank’s fraud department claims occurred as a result of entering my card information to purchase the internet access. That depleted the majority of our travel budget. (We live paycheck to paycheck and had pinched & saved to be able attend this special event) I was so apprehensive on the returning flight and can’t describe my relief to learn the WIFI was free. My fears dissolved as did my aching head and back as I settled into a wonderfully comfortable seat with far more leg room than my prior flight. Thanks Key Blue! You have a fan for life!!"

Also the control to my entertainment was on the right side, where the middle person kept changing my channels and volume. I would have liked for it to be on maybe the left side where no one else could touch it. (I sat at a window seat) The guy next to me fell asleep and so it was super hard to get to my controller (although there is one on the computer, he was still messing with it with his elbow)."

Pros: "Again the on board crew was very helpful and were willing to vouch that the plane had mechanical issues not weather issues when the gate agent in LGB tried to tell me that I would not get reimbursement for ground transportation to get from San Jose to San Francisco. So the good is that JetBlue did reimburse me for the LYFT I had to take to San Francisco."
Cons: "Well I arrived in San Jose, not San Francisco. So I arrived 3.5 hours late. Also, I did not appreciate when the gate agent told me that I could not be reimbursed for ground transportation because my flight was weather delayed not mechanically delayed. I understand that he/she may not have known what was the issue with my original flight out of Salt Lake. But, telling me that I would have to pay for ground transportation at 1 am to get the last 30+ miles to my destination made me really worried. If he/she didn't know and didn't have the time or resources to figure it out, I would have preferred if she redirected me to someone else or a phone number or email."

So, everyone basically went to the fridge to get drinks. Water wasn't even offered ... huh? Also, your seats were ridiculously crammed ... extremely uncomfortable. Other than that, I'm glad we made it to New York."

Pros: "the seats were more comfortable than many other airlines, the snacks were more plentiful. I only saw one flight attendant doing anything in coach, he kept very busy and was pleasant. There was a female attendant around but I did not see her doing anything - maybe she was first class."
Cons: "First, the pre-boarding announcements were very difficult to hear and understand. The attendant spoke way too fast so that combined with the lack of clarity of the speakers made it almost impossible to understand what was being said. I have a hearing impairment so I need my husband to tell me but he too had trouble understanding the announcements. This was somewhat true during the announcements on the plane also, but less of a problem there. Let's face it, the audio systems really make things sound garbled so it is very important to speak clearly and slowly enough. I don't know how I could travel alone."

Cons: "The aft lavatory had a broken seat lid so they took the entire lavatory out of commission for our flight, and our flight knowingly experienced ground delays so one lavatory for 100 people for several hours is UNPLEASANT. One crewmember was in a foul mood, and due to the lavatory issue, refused to let anyone use the forward lavatory while she was doing drink service, even during an emergency."

Hands down Delta IS THE BEST, there nothing better then having Free movies to pass the time, from TV to HBO and SHOWTIME and Current Movies in the theaters TODAY music, games, etc even free headsets any eye cover to rest ALL FOR FREE Delta isn't so worried about charging for eveything, a happy traveler is a repeat traveler, that is DELTAS GOAL Happy repeat travelers I voiced my displeasure with Hawaiian after finding out on my Day flight over I get charged $10 for blanket n pillow and free ( bad ) meal. Then on red eye home it's free blanket and no food, I can bring my own better food, and blanket which I do, but to charge for entertainment is the worst thing ever, AND EVEN FOR SIMPLE MUSIC WAS A CHARGE, SUCH POOR SERVICE Delta hands down IS CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED PERIOD DELTA DELTA DELTA I'M FOREVER YOUR HAPPY TRAVELER,"

This was totally unacceptable, I was told I didn't select a seat on the seat selection screen and that I was now on standby. I specifically remember the seat selection screen being extremely misleading and thought that I had selected seats when in fact I didn't according to Delta. Maybe instead of focusing your website on getting customers to upgrade their seats you should focus on getting them a seat first. Secondly make sure tickets can't be purchased unless a seat is assigned first. Who would want to buy standby tickets 3 months in advance? I'm guessing not many people."

Then I did board, the ticket was not clear what my boarding group was so I missed out on boarding early. When i get to my seat I have two people completely unwilling to move to let me into my window seat, but are all too eager to tell me to be sure not to hit them. This flight was after a long layover and after a long flight from japan and was a horrible end to an otherwise beautiful trip."

He then directed me to the delta help desk (there was at least 20 people behind me who missed their flight). I then had to pay an additional $75 to get a later flight. I tried boarding with the priority pass members because my new ticket they gave me was for priority and one of the American Airlines staff members kept getting in my face until I was at the back of the line because I was in boarding group 4. I just never have been treated so poorly before my any airline. I travel often so I will never take American Airlines again. The final straw was another delay at my last layover in PHL, which made me and up traveling for a total of 21 hours."

The two people who attended to the aisle chair, most teams were competent. Some hadn't done many passengers so they were fumbling with the straps. I've learned that I almost alway have to ask for one at the gate where they check or issue, (what's it called, loading permits, some kind of pass, not landing pass. loading pass. I can't remember and my wife has gone to bed.) Well, they have to come up with an aisle chair because I've only got 1 1/2 legs. I always make it to the seat on the plane, but the competency of the various crews is uneen. Sorry my answer is so nonspecific but I don't remember one airline from another. Overall, we were sitting on the plane for an hour without being allowed to use the restroom because the pilot kept the seatbelt light on and we weren't allowed to get up."

Cons: "United had us board and unboard and then board again due to flight delays. United also told us the delay would be only 40 minutes, but I looked at the delay in SFO and it was 2 hours. Eventually United also increased our delay by 30 minute intervals until it was about 2 hours. Once I arrivied in SFO I got a text message notification stating my luggage had been put on an incorrect flight and I would have to return to get my luggage. The attendants at the podium were rude. This was my first terrible flying experience ever."

Pros: "Download the United App (before takeoff! Or you'll have to pay). The App has some good movies and you can watch them free of charge."

Cons: "Out of several beverage options. TV was not working at my seat. Seats also a little cramped. Boarding seemed disorganized."

Cons: "Had to sprint through the airport to make a connection because the flight was delayed and then went to a gate in the international terminal which was far across the airport from my connection."

Pros: "The people I sat next to."
Cons: "I missed my first flight because the plane left 15 min early. I was at the gate before the plane detached and the guy said I should be on the plane 15 min before and that he wasn't going to stop the plane from going. I had a business meeting that I was trying to get to so him doing this completely ruined my day and purpose for flying and spending $300 on a flight. I have NEVER experienced anything like this. Once on my rescheduled flight the attendant made several comments about the fact that I had a pillow with me. If you don't know someone situation then you should make any comments at all. I had just finished a 5 day drive across country and unfortunately the pillow needed to get home with me. Not a single employee was kind welcoming or helpful. I will never fly with this airline again. I will be letting EVERYONE I speak to know about this experience and I plan on writing reviews wherever I can find."
