Pros (+) Beautiful location. Cannot say enough about the staff, the young lady was very helpful and had a great personality.
Cons (-) Beds are not very comfortable, but his enough.

Pros (+) The staff are outstanding. The boss runs a great operation. The chef offers amazing foods and can accommodate kids and special meal requests. Having instant access to coffee, tea, and snacks was helpful. I preferred their on-site trails over the National Park: a lot less people, more animals, hanging bridges, and no mud!
Cons (-) They could improve on their signage and use of basics like toliet paper holders in the bathrooms.
