Summary of reviews
Guests say
Reviews highlight the hotel's convenient location near attractions and casinos, which many guests appreciated. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several guests reporting dirty rooms, bathrooms, and leftover trash. Service also received significant criticism, particularly regarding rude or unhelpful staff and slow or ineffective front desk assistance. Some guests found the beds uncomfortable, and issues with value for price were mentioned, such as unexpected charges and dissatisfaction with amenities. While a few guests noted clean and comfortable rooms, overall satisfaction was mixed, with negatives outweighing the positives.AI-Generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Liked the price for a quick stay.
Cons (-) Hotel is in need of a major face lift. The room seemed to be from the 90s. The paint on the wall was peeling off and the sink had a crack in it, shower was dirt (you could see the dirt), cigarette burns in floor/bed, the water pressure was awful. Everything just felt like it was old. It felt like a motel 6 and not what I would expect for staying in one of Blackhawks larger hotels. Everything felt ...

Pros (+) My visit to Lady Luck Hotel was great. Friendly staff. Great location. The rooms are large and spacious. I was within a 5 min. Walking distance to all casinos. It was about $50.00 cheaper then some of the other hotels. Free WiFi. The casino on site is smaller but it’s connected to the Isle of Capri.
Cons (-) A lot of going up and down to get from room to casino. No spa.
Pros (+) Not much
Cons (-) Poor service in casino room was not worth the money
Pros (+) Nice comfortable and clean place, great gaming, lots of delicious food choices! Great location
Cons (-) Everything was great and I was really enjoying my stay! Overall a really nice place with friendly and helpful staff, especially room attendants which I conversed with in the halls. On the afternoon as I was ready to exit hotel, I decided to have my ritual cranberry juice in the main casino bar @ Isle, my impression and stay were completely altered by a very obnoxious bartender named Pam. She had o...

Pros (+) The jetted tub for two. Staff was super nice!!
Cons (-) The doors to the outside/patio didn't latch, wind easily blew them open.
Pros (+) The walk down to the river. Location is excellent.
Cons (-) There was urine on my toilet in my bathroom. It was on the back behind the lid. I didn't have time to let someone know so the hotel didn't have the opportunity to make it right. However, this was a quarter size urine puddle very yellow in color.
Cons (-) Room next to us was loud all night and there was a definite rattling noise all night long.
