Easy access to the village and Barney Castle. Restaurant right downstairs for meals.
Elevator was out of service so we had to lug suitcases up the stairs. Restaurant service was not the best. Servers in restaurant were not tuned in to customers. More interested in socializing among staff members. Food was very good.
I liked the hotel it was close to Blarney Castle, and that it was very quite. My husband enjoyed using the gym while I tried to recover from jet lag. The hotel restaurant we went for dinner was great! The waitress and waiters were very nice and friendly.
The beds were uncomfortable to sleep on, and the staffs at the reservation desk were average - didn't seem to be very welcoming.
i was very dissappointment with the service in the restaurant as i had read very good reviews , i felt they were understaffed and the staff that were working were doing the best they could under the cirstumances
The convenience of the hotel to Castle, shops etc. Although Blarney is a very small village.
very old fashioned and tired, needs updating and modernising.
lovely warm atmosphere, calming and relaxing, staff were just so friendly and helpful, right next to woolen mills so great for shopping.
carpets need replacing in bedrooms, computer should be working for visitors, hall ways where bedrooms are needs repainting, looks quite dark.
