BoA traveller reviews
Cons: Boa delayed the fly without explanationreview from
Pros: Very COVID sensitive and careful crew and company
Cons: They need an option for in-flight entertainment ñreview from
Cons: Entertainment for 7 hours of flying must be considered. Too few flight attendants which made service very slow and poor.review from
Cons: The crew was not very friendly or smiling. The dinner was ok but only 2 choices and the sandwich served from Bolivia to BA was horrible. The crew never passed by again to ask if anyone wanted more water, soda, tea ...review from
Pros: Overall experience was outstanding. Clean, comfortable aircraft combined with excellent crew constantly and sincerely concerned about the passengers wellbeing. Not the standard rudeness of certain airline service overworked and unfriendly crew.
Cons: At the airport the line for checkin can definitively be better organized. Rather slow.review from
Pros: The airline employees at the counter was great. Kind and considerate at all times
Cons: The airline should invest some money in entertainment options. 11:30 hs just watching the trip development on the screens placed over the aisle, is not only boring but way behind today’s trends.review from
Pros: The flight was priced right and direct but the plane is pretty old and didn’t have any outlets or entertainment
Cons: See abovereview from
Pros: Boarding was super fast and they give you a snack for a 45 minute flight. That was nice.
Cons: Nothing really, it was just fine for such a short flight.review from

Basic airline, good price
Pros: Attendants were fine and accommodating. The flight was on time and smooth.

Cons: The crew left a XXX Lady left by my side. This person had to eat on my tray because she didn’t fit into her chair... there was no assistance from the crew to move me or her.review from
Flight delayed 2.5 hours
Cons: Did not give updates on delay. No communication to passengersreview from
Comfortable, hassle-free and affordable.
Pros: Comfortable wide seats. Fantastic staff and lovely attitude of flight crew. Pleasant in this age of over exposure to screens to have peace and quiet on a flight! A bit like flying 15years ago in many regards, including not having online check-in but the process was so easy and pleasant that it makes it unnecessary.review from

Overview of BoA
Existing as Bolivia’s national flag carrier, BoA offers a wide range of services that link the country to both North America and Europe. An expansive network of flights is also available throughout South America to destinations in Argentina and Brazil. Seasonal services are also scheduled to Chile, Colombia, Cuba and Ecuador. BoA Regional exists as a subsidiary and focuses on linking more isolated cities throughout Bolivia.
The airline’s primary operating base is located in Cochabamba and is responsible for the majority of domestic services. Long-distance routes, such as those to the United States and Spain, depart from an additional hub in Santa Cruz de la Sierra. A codeshare agreement is in place with Iberia, which promotes the connection of services to further destinations in Europe.
Economy is the only cabin class available on domestic flights and shorter trips throughout South America. Passengers can upgrade to Business Class if they are taking a long-haul flight on a larger aircraft, such as the Boeing 767. The exclusive section has only 10 seats, making for a quieter and more private journey. The reclining chairs are set up in a 2 x 1 x 2 configuration, which guarantees either a window view or direct aisle access. The seats also have extendable footrests and come with large padded cushions.
BoA flies an all-Boeing group of aircraft. A preference is held for narrow-body planes, such as the 737 series, that can roughly carry between 138 and 168 passengers. Yellow, red and green stripes can be seen on the tails of the aircraft in acknowledgment of Bolivia’s national flag.
