Pros. The food was about the only thing we liked, some of the staff in the buffet was helpful to get our group of 14 to sit together.
Cons. The hotel itself was horrible, we had to get our room changed because the toilet didn’t work and the room had a leak coming from the ceiling. Had to go to the front desk about 5 times before they finally changed the room. Also they charge you to use the safe box which is ridiculous. So now we have a nicer room but come to find out when we needed to shower the shower had no hot water and no water pressure. They never cared so we just dealt with it to not have to keep changing rooms. We don’t recommend this resort at all.
Pros. Location. Nice beachfront near airport
Cons. Food was awful, service poor, no hot water. Internet extremely expensive and only valid on one aparatus. I stayed here as I was stuck in Santo Domingo due to weather and needed a place close to the airport. I changed to a different hotel after the first night.
