Pros. First thing at check in: "Sorry, we don't have TV's working. We have a problem with (the cable provider). But you can cancel your reservation if you want". Right, and start looking for another place at 8pm? Seemed to me that the problem was not with the cable provider.
Cons. The room had a strong chemical odor. Room door had traces of hands on the inside, like greasy swipes. Bad impression. Breakfast was pathetic. Won't have me as guest again
