we came to budget through a priceline website for 270 $ and ended up spending almost 400....
I have rented a lot of cars in my lifetime, without a doubt Scott and Emily at the enterprise location I received and dropped off the car, was the BEST experience I have ever had.

The day before my scheduled pick up, the Boca Raton branch called to let me know that there may be a shortage of cars and to call the day I arrived to see if my requested car was available. I called multiple times that day but no answer. Also realize that Kayak allowed me to make a reservation for a 5pm pickup, however the location closed at 5pm so if I showed up a few minutes late I wouldnt have been able to pick it up. The booking system should not allow reservations to be made at the locations closing time. As a result I did not pick up the rental. I did not hear from the rental location either, and ended up using Uber for my entire trip.
The car was not available for pickup, so I didn’t pick it up and told the staff I would not be able to pick up the car later or use a different type of car, but they are now charging me a late fee.
