Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's service and staff, frequently mentioning helpful and attentive employees by name. The location is generally appreciated, especially for access to downtown attractions. However, several guests were disappointed by issues with the pool, including cleanliness and accessibility, and many noted problems with noise, particularly from events and music at night. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some rooms described as spotless and others needing improvement. Overall, while the service stands out positively, noise and pool management are areas for improvement.AI-Generated from customer reviews
