Staff is great. Location is superb. And the painter that serves at the bar during the evenings!
Facilities are lacking. Hot water is unstable - difficult to get it to maintain a specific temperature. Breakfast is suficiente but not great, and we had air conditioning problems in the room - and actually the whole floor - and were moved to the first floor. Great customer service.

The hotel has beautiful location in the middle of beatiful park. The view from the room was amazing over the city and the church next door.
Even if over all the breakfast was ok, most of the fresh fruits and vegetables in were barely eatable and the instant coffee was not good at all. The interior design looked like it had been invested in, but it didn't conpliment the beautiful old building.

- they checked us in early which helped a lot - the waiter in downstairs bar is a cool guy - the surroundings are stunning - the bedsheets were sooo soft
- not being able to pay with a card in the bar - water in the shower was impossible to set, it kept changing from cold to boiling just like that - breakfast on our first morning was a disaster, tables left dirty, food was not being refilled, the options were too small and the waitress didn't speak english
