Clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff were efficient and courteous. The staff was great especially Melinda and the front desk ladies! Guest relation and the GM relationship with Guest was amazing. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, close to the plant and Brampton/Mississauga. Check-in/check out process easy. The staff is so friendly and professional. Location is great. Staff is friendly and helpful. Our first room, the AC wasn't working properly and the manager ended up giving us a new upgraded room.
