Guest reviews are overwhelmingly negative about cleanliness, with frequent complaints about dirty rooms, stained bedding, unpleasant odors, bugs, and general lack of maintenance. Service is also a major issue, with reports of rude or unhelpful staff, unresolved problems, and poor management. However, some guests appreciated the hotel's location, finding it convenient or close to local attractions. Overall, positive feedback is limited and outweighed by significant concerns about hygiene and customer service.AI-Generated from customer reviews
