Not very clean room. Without towels. Broken toilet.
Nothing! Horrible place!
Everything. Although we had already paid, we didn't stay there. We escaped from that place immediately, we arrived at night and the place was dirty, so dirty that you can't immagine. We called a taxi and we went away one minute later, after paying (unfortunately)! I have travelled a lot and I usually don't complain, but I have never seen a place like that before! I was shocked!
Nice patio. Close to the center. Machine with snacks and drinks available.
Door lock was little wobbly, we had to fight it a bit.
It's close to the center. The personnel was quite OK and with good manners. They provided fast access to the parking spot.
The shower head had no holder for the wall. The bath tube was not any near functioning - neither the plug was provided, nor the air-massage in the bath tube was working.
There was a very nice internal yard with a tame cat.
A staff didn’t help enough. A hotel manager refused to give us any compensation for all sufferings. Hotel survives just due to cleaning staff, but all other hotel staff was not enough professional, and all equipment, furniture, etc. are rather shaky. Strong man power was needed to lock the door. My wife spent 30 mins to lock the door. I persuaded the staff to change a room. They agreed but only in the inconvenient time. My wife alone had to carry all our things to another room. New room was worse and a smaller. Part of power outlets stopped working. One moment all the room was without any power at all for about half an hour. The first thing I heard from the staff that I was using lots of devices like a laptop. They could not managed to fix the half-outage and promised to return soon, but disappeared and stopped to answer on phone! In the 1st room there were a kettle and a microwave, but there were no available power outlets for them! I was told that the next morning it would be fixed, but nobody came. We informed the staff about our probable arrival time interval, but we had to wait. Why we were not told gates code? The staff always was wrong in their estimation when they would recall or fix an issue. Their English also was not good. It took 50 minutes to create invoice. They were refusing me and when they were creating the document, they made lots of mistakes. The fridge did not have a freezer, but had a transparent door and a permanent bright light. No shelves inside it. Jacuzzi and TV RC didn’t work. There were not enough cutlery and in new room there were no a kettle. Liquid soap run out near Jacuzzi. There were no hanger for outerwear or for towels. The door between the rooms wasn’t closing completely. It needed to wait several minutes to get hot water from a faucet. The kitchen faucet was so short that it was rather difficult to use it at all. The toilet bowl was unsteady.
