Pros: Lovely location, beautiful place
Pros: Area, ambience and quiet, breakfast, hosts. Lovely place to stay always.
Cons: There is nothing not to like. Love it there.
Pros: The house is quirky and fun, the room spotless , good shower, excellent breakfast, friendly but discreet hosts. I could see a part medieval, part Tudor castle just across the fields, swallows flying past, a horse having a shower, a charming and non- smelly dog. I mentioned possibly sitting in the garden when I got back from my evening meal and a cushion set was waiting on the chair for me when I returned!
Cons: A hair drier maybe but I didn’t ask as the weather was so hot my hair was drying almost immediately.
Pros: The property was in the perfect location for visiting our son at the nearby military base. The breakfast was very good with quality products used. The hosts were welcoming and friendly.
Pros: What’s not to like

Pros: Authentic historic home hosted by knowledgeable family and staff. The most environmentally aware hotel I have seen - ground source heating, solar panels. Car charging point very useful.
Pros: Unique building ….family run ….friendly …=great personal experience
Pros: Location, dog freindly, bed comfy, good clean bathroom, view across fields.
Cons: Needs maintenace especially outside, sitting area layout odd, looks like an old folks home, replace the high back chairs with a sofa, so you can actually sit together. (other than the bathroom) needs refreshing inside, especially for £134 a night not including breakfast (£15) outside area to the right nerds tidying
Pros: It was a cosy two bedroom place with good size rooms. Linen was fresh and the views were lovely. The situation next to the fields made the place peaceful and quiet
Cons: The furniture was dated and the windowsills/mirrors were dusty and smeary. Some of the lightbulbs didn’t work.
Pros: Excellent breakfast and evening meal. Service personnel were both great. Lovely, interesting owners with really good eco-credentials. Good walks on the doorstep. Barrow Stones well worth a visit.
Cons: Maybe the windows in the dining room could be better cleaned?
Pros: The location was beautiful, the staff were friendly and made us feel very relaxed
Cons: We loved everything
Pros: Very old buildings steeped in history. Staff were very helpful and the girls were exceptional. Food was amazing and nothing was too much trouble.
Cons: Jacuzzi bath didn’t seem to work.
Pros: The most wonderful discovery. We couldnt have been treated better nor had a lovelier time. The room was beautiful, the breakfast superb and the staff couldnt have been more welcoming.
Pros: Resolved the problem and put us in a passable room. Lovely old house.
Cons: Spider infested room. Room dirty.

Cons: All I need in one place
Cons: This is advertised as an inn and shows pictures of an open bar. This is not the case which constitutes false advertising. The first room I was showed was quite a poor standard and only when I complained was I given a different room that had been refurbished. The entrance and stairs have a very musty smell..no reception and I had to knock several times when I arrived. No open local facilities and nearest shop in next village 2 miles away. I was told heating would be on and I could turn it off as required but it was turned off at night and so quite cold in morning . I had to ask for a plug for the bath because previous resident had flooded the bathroom so not able to have a bath first night as there was no one around and just a number left for emergencies.
Pros: You must take own food, no breakfast available or anywhere nearby No hot water in room unless boiled in kettle or shower Bit noisy room for me as thought in countryside would be quiet. Was cold even tho I put on extra blanket I found. Had to wear socks and jumper as no heating at present and the little oil heater in room wasn’t enough for size of room
Cons: Warmer duvet, extra blankets and heating
Pros: It was not bad..but it could have some refurbishment.
Cons: The stale smell
Pros: Room was pretty cheap for the night. Wifi was quite good and I was able to use my laptop to watch netflix.
Cons: Host was quite rude when I arrived and seemed annoyed she had a booking. Then told me she doesn't like to receive short notice bookings. Place is fairly run down. Tiny TV. Didn't feel pictures were true representation.
Pros: Bed was comfy and very quiet all night.
Cons: My room was VERY VERY cold.
Pros: It was close to the wedding venue
Cons: It was dusty, not clean, pillows were flat, beds were dusty, no taxi’s near by to get a lift to the wedding venue,, had to know 5 times and call the owner to get in. Room not as advertised
Pros: Single beds comfortable , good position for our journey , opposite lovely old church .
Cons: The Inn no longer a pub just an overnight stay without breakfast , house wifi non existant as owners sign in not working , whole place being updated according to Owner , staircase narrow and steep.
Pros: Greeting from staff very nice. Quaint English lavender room which had been recently upgraded set in a quiet backwater village.
Cons: No heating except plug in heater that was inadequate damp bed due too lack of heat. No full length mirror in room. Room was clean sadly stairs were not. Boasted garden view sadly was a roof top with washing on. With a disused caravan in back view.
