Gwangalli Hotel primavera in Busan

The staff were amazing and friendly. Location and room were great. Great sound proofing and facilities. Good room service and cleaning. Room was very clean, and staff at the front desk also very nice. The view is amazing, and the bed had an electric blanket which was great. The hotel staff was very kind, they have free parking and breakfast, and the view was like heaven and close to the beach and restaurants.

There are no fresh air and a bad smell. One of the AC was not working during the entire stay. Amenities are not acceptable. USB ports not working, not enough sockets, and front desk did not know anything about 'private beach'. The bathroom easily flooded, and the room was really smelly, full of sewer smell because of the bathroom door being not so sturdy. The hotel felt a little dated with many of the previous hotels branding on the bedding. There was a condom wrapper found on the board above the bed which was off putting. The room smelled super bad, and the towels are super small, so bring your own. The breakfast was not good.

It is located in a very nice and lively area, near to shops, restaurants with a beautiful view of the famous Gwangalli Bridge. The location is extremely nice, convenient, close to restaurants, and also close to the ocean. It is near everything important but not too noisy because it's a little ways from the main nightlife.

The low season is in March, and the high season is in November. Visitors can expect a fantastic view from the room, a simple and comfortable breakfast room, and a new and clean modern room. However, it is important to note that the very strict late check-in is at 5 pm, and the breakfast is very simple and basic, finishing at 9:00 am.

Some guests reported cleanliness issues, so it may be beneficial to request a room inspection upon check-in to ensure everything is in order.
