Pros (+) We had a late evening check-in after a day of sightseeing in Calgary and still had to return our car rental at the airport. Our registration clerk offered to return the car to the rental agency for us. This was service that was unexpected and greatly appreciated, as we were traveling with 2 little boys and had an early flight to catch the next day. Friendly staff and clean room. Very comfortable bed and great shower. Very inviting and clean, and staff were friendly and efficient. The staff was helpful as we arrived at 1.00 pm after an evening flight. Convenient location, clean comfortable room, modern bathroom with rain shower, friendly helpful staff. The front desk staff were exceptional! Very kind and helpful and could not have done more to make sure I was taken care of.

Bathroom is very small. Our room was filthy. Noisy-hallways, could hear the lounge as room over face the courtyard (on the 6th floor!!), bedding /pillows extremely noisy - wakes others with every turn. No swimming pool/hot tub. You need better black out curtains too much light in the room. Coffee pot location had no power outlet had to move pot to the desk not a deal breaker but annoying.
