Pros. staff was great - lots of places to eat and everything was reasonably priced but AMAZING! Had lots of native Americans touches throughout the hotel and it was so great to see the heritage on display and incorporated in so many ways. Building and everything was beautiful. Would stay again in a heartbeat
Cons. Absolutely nothing! Would stay again in a heartbeat
Pros. bed was comfy, breakfast was good
Cons. There were bugs in our bathroom. The hotel staff did nothing for us. They were supposed to change us rooms but we had a function that night and it was 1 am when we got back to the room. They didn't offer us a buffet coupon or discount on a next trip. They gave us nothing. Myself and my family will never stay at that hotel again.
Pros. Clean and just nothing to complain about... room was spacious.
Cons. Nothing.
Pros. Rooms could have been cleaner. Our room smelled like cigerette smoke.
Pros. The hotel itself is nice and very clean. Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful.
Cons. The rooms were turned into min smoking rooms and the was still a lingering smell of smoke. The food at the restaurant was not good at all it did not match the level of the hotel.
