Guests consistently mention that the hotel staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. However, many guests express strong concerns about the surrounding neighborhood, describing it as unsafe and filled with homeless or drug-dependent individuals. While some appreciate the central location, others feel uncomfortable or unsafe walking nearby. Breakfast and amenities receive mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying them and others finding them lacking. Overall, the hotel itself is well-maintained and offers good service, but the location is a significant drawback for many.AI-Generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Hot tub and swimming pool were great, room was clean and large, location seemed good (close to downtown). Offered complimentary late check out. Staff all very courteous and helpful.
Cons (-) Not a major issue but parking on-site was valet which cost $25 per night. A public car park was available across the road for less.
