Overview

The Villa Del Palmar is one of the Cancun’s most upscale spots for a family-friendly, all-inclusive getaway. Its Playa Mujeres location means that it feels secluded and quiet, but its extensive assortment of activities helps ensure guests are always busy with activities everyone can enjoy.

The Villa Del Palmar is north of Cancun in a private resort community on a white-sand beach with lots of features including five pools, six restaurants, a gym, spa, and kids' club with its own splash pool. There is an array of daily activities such as tequila tasting, cooking lessons, and face-painting, and many adult-only areas. While there is plenty to do, the beach remains one of the major highlights at the resort.

There are six restaurants, plus a local market near the resort. Two additional snack bars and three cocktail bars are available. Guests often book all-inclusive packages, which includes meals and standard alcohol and wines.

The 415 spacious, homey suites all feature kitchens, plus balconies with hammocks, many with ocean views. Standard rooms at the resort include fully stocked wet bars, microwaves, coffeemakers, and mini-fridges. There are three main room categories including One-Bedroom Suites, Deluxe Rooms, and Two-Bedroom Suites.
