Location and hotel services Restaurant service was not the best and overpriced in what they offered, I think they should have choices among the menu.
I like everything I experienced including the proximity to the airport, the friendly staff, the bar and restaurant and the great food. Nothing. Everything was great.
Being my first time to Caracas I was very surprised the the International treatment as I arrived to the Hotel. The Porters, the Hotel Staff we all friendly and helpful. The Hotel Staff also spoke excellent English which was a big help to me. The one thing i did not like was the toilet facilty down stairs in the lobby was always dirty, not that i used it much but when i did, it as always in a deplorable state.
this is a good hotel and in good location good services and good managements hope to meet you soon
The convention hall is located inside the building. Due to security reason, it is good to join the business activity without going out. It takes too much time to response a call from room. Sometimes it kept me waiting more than 10 minutes and i hang up.
Everything was perfect, I like the hotel in general Taxis were really expensive.
people were very polite and friendly adjusted - upstairs open swimming pool was a good contribution for the "good morning" promise to include spa in the paid price was not realized

Good value for money compared to the other international hotels. Reception staff extremely slow. Prepare for a queue when you check out.
The accommodation and the room was first class. everything worked. When I arrived they did not have a room for me, although my reservation through booking.com was weeks back. I had to wait nearly two hours until they finally came up with an upgrade into a suite room. When you are tired and weary you just want your room and not sitting in the lobby and waiting and waiting, not knowing if they will come up with something.
Just the room which is very cosy.But I have to say that the checkin/checkout service was too slow. Besides, there was a line in the lobby for that, which is not acceptable for a hotel as Melia.
