Proximity to campus, near shopping, economical price, and for a one nite stay it served it's purpose!
Awesome staff. Hotel was very clean, and the rooms were very up to date. Great value!
Quiet. Elevator? Didn't find one for 3rd floor stay. No local stations on tv? Only analog & those there limited.
The property is well maintained with excellent bedding and a very friendly staff. Corners of the floor by the bathtub could have been cleaner.
Price, ample parking, nice TV. Bed was stiff, no elevator, and if on first floor, hope there are no kids above you. If there are, get ready for the sound of thunder on your roof. Best to stay weekdays. mostly contract workers and business people.
Location was great but everything else was horrible. Everything! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone except a drug dealer or pimp.
It's cheap. Dirty, falling apart, shady. All the variables of a mediocre hotel. You get what you pay for.
Had a place to sleep The place is dirty, there are evidence of poor services everywhere. Most of the guests look like junkies making the place scary, the staff are not very friendly.
I don't like the place, nothing is taken care of, the people I assume are the owners, do not care how the place looks. I'm glad the wifi connection is free, because it was horrible. Having to stay there
They are pet friendly which was great since we had our dog with us. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean and a decent price.
Great Location Staff was awesome! Dumpster guy comes at 5 am to pick up the McDonalds trash. West side of building is noisest. Cleaning crew is noisy in morning. Nice people, communication was loud at times. Breakfast is not good.
My room was nice and clean, the price was reasonable. Breakfast was Ok.
Nothing By far the worst and unclean hotel I have seen. Holes in the walls, mold growing everywhere!...
There were lizards or something crawling around our room!
The room was clean, quiet and budget and pet friendly. The floor was linoleum instead of carpet and the room we stayed in had a problem with the plumbing. The toilet would not flush completely and the sink took several minutes to drain. I'm sure they probably would have moved us to another room if we had reported the issue but we checked in late and just wanted to get some sleep.
For all the hotels under 50$ a night this is perhaps best value for money. Nothing
Nothing It was horrible...... the reservations was for 2 queen beds all they had was 2 full beds...in a run down building in the back. These reservations were made well in advance so there was no excuse for it. The tv blew up took about 2 hours to get it replaced....the beds were hard as a rock and popped and cracked when you moved or rolled over, the towels were rough and thin as paper, Dog poop in the grass in front of our room. We were there for a wedding/Kidd rock was in town and everything was booked.. I ask to be moved to another room they said no. I want a refund
Offered pet-friendly rooms at a reasonable price. Continental breakfast was great. Customer service was great, as well. The floors in the pet-friendly room could have been swept/cleaned a little better.
The close proximity to the highway. This place is the Limited Inn, not Days Inn. It has huge roaches, dingy towels and linens, dirty walls and carpeting and have the nerve to charge almost $---- a night. Save your money and sleep in your car if this is your only option.
Close to Black Diamond HD The name of this hotel changed, we drove around for awhile trying to find Days Inn. The floor in the br/sink area was very gross. You could tell the grout used to be light color but now is virtually black. The bed area was Pergo and was acceptable.
location to food It is NOT a DAYS INN!! It is independently owned and is not a DAYS INN. Our door to our room had a gap on the bottom so big (when it was closed and locked) that you could see people walking by. A Dump
Nothing It was dumpy. It looked n I felt unsafe/uncomfortable going up to the room. The clerk was not very nice or friendly. No customer service. Not worth the $----we pd
Norhing Dingy, rundown, had a different name, spent a few minutes looking for a days inn... the room had a smell of cigarettes... when booking it offers free breakfast! They do not offer breakfast and offer coffee but was empty when went to get a cup
I was very disappointed . Thought I was booking a DAYS INN . Seems it has changed hands . Is now a LImited INN. Thought was in wrong place and Backtracked to the Days Inn on RT13 . Was told no reservation for me there. gentleman said old address You better say so . Was a former DAYS INN . Will say had no Matianca since was sold and be came LIMITED INN Charged more on booking . Room was not cleaned after first night . Used towels in floor when I returned, Lady said was cleand, man got me clean tow
nothing. The towels seemed clean, the bathroom seemed clean. COCKROACHES!!! Talked to another guest who also had roaches, she did not stay the night. Stains on bed cover, funny smell in room, dilapidated. Felt unsafe traveling alone, shady charactors hanging around. Between a truck stop and XXX Adult store.
Theirs no days Inn in that area the sold the business. The system need to be updated. I was traveling so it was a inconvenience for me to find another hotel at night.

It was close to the event we were attending. The only reason we stayed here was because we were gifted tickets to concert last minute and this was the only hotel that had a room in town. The room wasn't clean. One wall is a cinder block wall. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned. The covers and towels were dirty(we used our own towels we had bought). The door had been busted in and 2 of the latches didn't work. The pool, in June, wasn't working.

My husband and I stayed here when we went to visit our married daughter. She lent me her car, so we had two cars parked in a very empty motel parking lot....she was going to come get it that evening, but did not. The next morning she came over to see us and to get her car. When we checked out, the rude owner/manager tried to charge us for an extra person in the room!!! My daughter is married with an apartment of her own. She visited us for about 30 minutes at the motel before we left to get breakfast. I told the owner/manager that the room had only one bed in it!! When I got home I wrote him a letter telling him that I was offended and embarrased--there were other people in the little lobby when he accused me of having an extra person in the room. If he had written me back or acknowledged my letter, we might have stayed there again. We go to Carbondale once a month for two nights. His acting like the MOTEL GESTAPO caused us to never stay there again. The extra person charge, I saw later, would have been $5.00; he lost many dollars because we need a motel in the Carbondale area at least 24 nights a year--sometimes we go for 4 nights at a time. He is a most unpleasant man, scared to death that someone is going to cheat him out of a few dollars. We also had no hot water when we tried to shower--I called the desk, and he said too many people were showering!! There were hardly any people staying there!! My advice is to go elsewhere where a proprietor will appreciate the business and treat people with kindness and respect.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was very accomodating and friendly. An excellent hotel at an affordable price.
So we arrived to a room that had this really funny smell and an iron burn print on the floor. When we pulled the sheets down to go to bed we found stained pillows. IN the morning when we were ready to shower... one of the towels were dirty so we called the front office to get another towel and he said he couldnt do anything until the housekeeping got in. We told him that the towel was dirty and he stated, 'I Know, but....' He still would not give us a new towel and said he couldnt until later in the afternoon. Then we went to the lobby to ask in person and asked if he could get one out of another room since we really needed it. He gave us a hard time but did it after a co-worker told him to. \nIt was not a good experience and the same thing happened the following morning.
The room was very clean and the staff kept it that way throughout my 5 day stay. Nothing. It met all of my expectations.
