We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. They suggested local places of interest to visit and even gave us tickets (free!!!) to the Millenium Stadium in Cardiff, to watch the Welsh Rugby team training. . . ..It was fabulous!! Couldn't fault anything about our stay. In fact, we will be booking for Easter 2011. Can't wait to go back.

Brilliant breakfasts. Very friendly chap running the place. The location wasn't great. If going into Cardiff for the night, make sure you get a taxi driver who knew where he was going to get back! A couple of small let downs about the room but nothing major.
