Pros. The staff was awesome and the location was great! Will return if need to come back to Cart, NC
Cons. Due to COVID there was no breakfast. I think the hotel could rethink offering prepackaged breakfast options to take back to your room.
Pros. The front desk staff was very kind and understanding of our situation. After checking in late in the evening, we found that the dispensing machines were completely out of bottled water. We informed the person at the front desk and she was kind enough to offer us some bottled water from her VIP stash. We're very impressed with La Quinta and will probably stay with them again.
Pros. We were staying at La Qunita Inns because of their Pet Friendly policies. From now on, we will look for these when on a road trip with our 35 lb mixed mutt. In general, this hotel is designed and placed for business travelers to the area. Away from normal road trip amenities like chain restaurants and shopping. We arrived at night and only saw neighboring office buildings. Rooms were clean and modern. Breakfast was as expected. Great value.
Cons. No dedicated pet walking area. That would have been handy. Elevator is a bit slow. Minor problems in the grand scheme of things for an overnight stay,
Pros. Pet friendly & clean- staff very nice!
Cons. Didn't like 3rd party booking; am 74 yrs old forgot I had Dr's appointment I'm was in mi. For first day ; had to pay so far no response that I will be reimbursed ;keeping fingers crossed
Pros. The day manager who helped resolve our choice to check out early was very nice. The bed was comfortable.
Cons. The couch was so uncomfortable you couldn't even sit in it. There was an unusual odor in the suite that was not pleasant but couldn't really figure out what it was. The rooms were outdated. The breakfast was a joke. Very skimpy!
