Pekny, novy, cisty zrenovovany pokoj. Newly renowated clean rooms. Velky hluk na pokoji, je slyset hluk z hlavni silnice a ostatnich pokoju. Nois from the street and other rooms.
the friendly staff even though they did not speak much english they tried just as hard as I tried.
It was reasonably comfortable, but nothing outstanding. Our reason for choosing this hotel was its proximity to Prague following our arrival by air. It was en route to places further east. There was a lot of traffic noise from very early, (5 - 6am) in the morning.
The restaurant downstair was good value and delicious ! Room is a bit dark, but its pretty common in Europe
Friendly staff, simple but clean rooms. Would have liked access to boiling water to make own cups of tea.
Good location (near to the old town), value for money, restaurant with Czech cuisine, Wi-Fi free of charge
Large comfortable room, friendly helpful staff, quiet location None
the staff was accommodating, even doing our laundry. the food was great as was the breakfast! staff very helpful with suggestions despite some language issues. great place to stay!
Very friendly staff and good restaurant inside.
It is like a museum to live in- Incredible collections- pretty park- lovely swimming pool - rooms with original furniture from the 1910/1920 The food was great but the kitchen a bit too slow
Very large comfortable room, staff spoke good English and knew history of the hotel building. Meal was good but very expensive for the location.
An interesting Chateau Hotel. Very large, comfortable room and better than typical continental breakfast. The dining room was closed the evening we were there. They offered to serve us dinner, but we didn't quite understand how that was going to work, so we went into nearby town on our own. When we returned another couple was in an area just beyond our room, sitting at a table set for dinner. We didn't get to see what they were served, but if breakfast was an indicator, it was likely good. Located about 15 minutes from Kutna Hora, a little difficult to find without a good map, but we had google directions and we found it okay. Good service and staff.
We did like all services with special thanks to the lady who guided us in the hotel and explain the history of the building. It is very peaceful place with perfect services.
Although at arrival the airco wasn't working in out room, the staff was absolutely professional and quickly changed our rooms. The restaurant is excellent and offers a good value for money. The pool was very nice and deep and well kept. The rooms where spacious and decorated and equipped with care. Not really a problem, but the evening secretary didn't spoke any English, she was helpful nonetheless and got somebody else to help us out excellent and quickly.
Smartly converted historic buildng in old town. Very convenient for all the sights. easy parking at rear. Good food and service in bar. Wonderful room with hostoric paited ceiling. Bit of traffic noise at front.
Close to downtown. Room clean and comfortable.
Well situated, clean and good value for money. The buffet breakfast was good and the restaurant offered good local cuisine for good value. It's just a good basic hotel if you're travelling on a budget. Whilst our room and everything in the hotel was spotlessly clean, the carpet was old and stained making our room and the hotel look grungier than it really is.
the service was excellent, especially the lady in the reception was so kind and helpful
Welcoming and good service. Quite difficult to find. An access map would have been useful.
This place is like the hidden pearl - a lovely and calm place with the best atmosphere you could imagen.
The location of the hotel within the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful and our room was spacious and quite comfortable. Internet access worked well during our stay. We were able to walk comfortably to the shops and the attractions from the hotel. The food served in the hotel restaurant was above average and moderately priced. There were no tissues or toiletries, such as a nice sized bar of soap or shampoo. I'm glad I carry my own.
We liked the hotel location.
Very comfortable linen and good position. This is definitely not a four star hotel, if you are looking for four star comfort, select something else. The TV in my room was not working properly. The selection for breakfast is very poor.
Only stayed one night but excellent room, convenient location and friendly staff. The bed was very uncomfortable - wooden slat base not secure
The atmosphere of the chateau is quite good, inside of the chateau everything is well organizaed, room is big and comfortable, breakfast and dinner are quite good as well, staffs are very nice! Location is a little bit difficult to find, when we checked out, they tried to charge me a little bit more not the price we booked through internet, I corrected them but do not feel very comfortable.
The hotel is an old family run castle. The attention is excellent and there are a lot of opportunities to spend your time. Ideal to spend the weekend with a group of friends, and for celebrate events.
very friendly staff and very personal service. Fantastic castle and atmosphere...
Everything about Chateau was excellent! It was quiet, relaxing and was in a great area to travel about the Czech countryside. Excellent room and breakfast! One of the best I have stayed at, and it just quite a place to stay!
The setting is romantic, quiet and comfortable. Felt like an authentic experie3nce in the country side. Not easy to find
Incredible place and kind staff.
Very plain basic european hotel in the city.
Central location for sights in Kutna Hora Rather basic room and furniture
Desk staff very friendly and helpful. Parking close and free. Facility is OK, but a bit faded.
This hotel has the best location anyone can ask for, at the northern end of the main square and less than 50 metres from the tourist information. The room itself was a standard room, nothing and nothing less. There is no kettle in the room for making coffee/tea, but there was a refridgerator in my room although it was not in use when I arrived. The breakfast is good as you choose from a couple of dishes which is then prepared for you. There is a restaurant in the hotel, very good prices. There is no non-smoking area in the restaurant so itis difficult to feel what the food tastes and looks like because of the immense smoke from all the beer-drinkers who come there in the evenings.
The location of the hotel is in the heart of Kutna Hora.
The location is excellent, the value for this money worth, the comfort was fair, and the staff kind.
At Checkout the formula used to convert Euros into Czech KCs was very poor and absolutely non-negotiable, hence what was a fair price became quite high
Nive location, well clean up room and kind staff. Water pressure is low so we cannot enjoy bath time enoughly.
The hotel was clean and comfortable and located in a quiet location. We were able to get overnight laundry. A hot breakfast was served to order--I ate fried eggs and ham along with other side items. Desk clerk was a bit from the communist era.
I enjoyed the whole atmosphere of the hotel and town The hotel resteraunt was not open to the maximum time as advertise the chef seemed to come and go as he pleased so the kitchen closed early
The friendly helpful staff. Very cheap hotel. We were in the first room near the stairs and it was very noisy.
Right in the center of Kutna Hora, walking distance to all sights, cheap compared to Prague. Excellent breakfast. No
Very convenient to the square. Parking in front of the hotel
The rooms were very large, clean and modern. The breakfast was delicious and copious. The staff was also very helpful. The only thing I didnt like (which is very, very minor), was that I wanted more stations in English on the TV. I watched a lot of CNN.
Spacious rooms, cooked breakfast, wonderful location, Kutna Hora is well worth a stay of 1 or 2 nights. See the magical cathedral, tour the silver mine, visit the bone church and eat at The Dacicky restaurant/beer house Hotel info gave the impression there was a pool and sauna, but couldn't find either
Location in de center of the city. Max. 10 minute's walk from the rail station. Good food, breakfaste and dinner. Except the lack of a night curton on the small window in front of the beds, I don't see any worring
Second visit to hotel and just as impressed as first. Restaurant excellent value
Friendly staff The swimming pool, which was mentioned in internet is 5kms away! Cheap breakfast.
the rooms and breakast
Nice hotel, clean room, good services for a very good price. It is easy to fint the hotel, it is placed at the main road. The noise from the road is acceptable, during night without problem.
Big and clean room with nice bathroom. fridge only in every second room. Exellent supermarket near the hotel.
the price is low,the hotel is quite good the breakfast is not so good
Uuhhh..well ..Very uneventful. Some people may like it. Clean, quiet. Staff is good looking. Free unlimited internet. Railway station near by with connection to Prague It would be nice to have more TV channels - may be even in English language or other than Czech. Internet is free but not password protected.
The hotel was very comfortable and the breakfast was good.
A clean orderly hotel outside of Prague with good internet access speed. Hotel staff abrupt and uninterested, and were very weak in languages other than Czech. Smoking was allowed next to breakfast buffet table, luckily all food was covered otherwise I would not have eaten anything Only Czech tv channels.
The architecture. The Becherovka served at the bar. Eurosport channel in English. The hotel lobby needs cooling.
