very nice staff , hotel design and facilities state of the art
absolutely everything - lots of space - a hd tv on the wall - a large bathroom with a huge tub - a very comfortable bed - a great pool and food to die for!!!!!!!!
the staff were excellent- welcoming and extremely helpful
Stayed 2 nights in August 2010 for an average of 120€/night breakfast included. Some rooms with view of distant sea. Very nice modern hotel ideally located in Ruvo di Puglia, about 40km from Bari & 20km from the nearby coast. Standard rooms are clean and spacious with an extremely comfortable queen bed, a large desk area, a closet, a full-sized bathroom, a shower with 2 heads, lights turn on and off with the key card. Bar fridge & sat tv. Free wifi on request. Facilities include a bar, a restaurant, a fairly large swimming pool, a fitness room with Technogym gear, and a spa center. The staff are extremely helpful and speak good English.
We realy enjoyed our stay in Hotel Pineta in Ruvo di Puglia. The environment and the hospitaly of the hotel is a recommend. We did not experience any inconvenient !
Superior room is 40 meters from the hotelbuilding (quiet), spacious, well furnished, private terrace, electrical blinds, pleasant beds (not too hard or too soft). The premises is kept very clean. You will continuously find 3-4 people behind the reception desk. Out of the many 4-star hotels we stayed in in Italy, the breakfast in this hotel was the most disappointing. Little choice, no eggs, no warm bread, no fresh orange juice, etc), Free internet is available but the signal in our room was not strong enough, so we had to work in the lobby of the hotel. The code you receive from the hotel is just valid for one hour as from the moment you enter the code the first time, even if you don't use the internet during that hour. When you have business matters spread over the day, you continuously need new cards. Apparently, The hotel is not used to this and the people behind the reception desk show that.
It was the best value for money we have ever had for a short trip abroad and the facilities far exceeded our expectations. The information correctly reflected the facilities at the hotel i.e. the swimming pool was as big as shown on the web site.
Swimming pool, calm area.
Hotel is overpriced for what it offer, the same is the restaurant. They tried to charge 50 euro for 3 minutes transfer using their van, after my complaint it was free. Their reception system (very old computer I guess)made me wait more than 20 min co complete check out. Wireles internet had the worse system I ever met. It would every few minutes redierct you to other pages or to log in page.
Location Staff could be more friendlier. Some were , some were not.
the area is close to the airport, but not really accesable if you are not by car. Ideal if traveling to italy through Bari airport and need a comfortable over night stay. The breakfast was very good too.
People at the front desk Lot of noise coming from other rooms. Internet was not working in the room.
beautiful room, great little town
Nice historical building. Big trouble with finding parking place.
Great little room, well arranged, full minibar, coded entry to the rooms (cool!), super employees, helpful and really friendly
Perfect location and very secure rooms. Some staff's grasp of English rather limited. A few Italian words will come in handy.
the location was good but not easy to find. Tthe local caffe had excellent cornetti for breakfast and a choice of coffe or cappucino.
The B&B is nice inside. Not particularly easy to reach (in the very center of a small town, full of one way streets), needs an updated navigation system not to mess up with the possible one-way street changes. Aircon system not very powerful although this can be a problem only in very hot periods (July and August)
