Cons (-) Room had little to no soundproofing. Could hear plumbing from other units running constantly while in bedroom. Individuals in the unit next door were very loud throughout a large amount of the night. At a certain point, security showed up. They pounded on their door several times before arguing with and threatening the individuals occupying said unit with law enforcement. Security made three visit...

Pros (+) I loved the facility and the atmosphere. I didn't like the long lines and the wait for a room. Me n my family were arriving early before check in, and was told by the staff there are no guarantees about getting a room early but they would expedite my wait. We arrived in the lobby and was made to wait until check in at 4pm. I had my 10 yr old and my very active 2 yr old.

Cons (-) Beds were super hard and uncomfortable. Kids were looking forward to doing one of the “activities “ near the pool area where they design a shirt. Unfortunately, they only had 1 kid size (large) shirt....not even a adult small. And it was not like they ran out, we were second in line.

Cons (-) The one bed room was a full size bed. Hard to sleep two adults. Would have preferred to know that when booking. My husband had to stay on the pull out couch and as that was larger than the main bed room bed.
