The owners were lovely, friendly and very helpful. The room was as advertised and the Wi-Fi was good.
The apartment building the hotel is located in would be impossible to find without the owner guiding you. It is also a very run down building and the area surrounding it isn't any better.

Close to the sights. The correct metro station to take is Chayuanchang which is at 400 meters. So not Lindun Rd (we made that mistake, and walked 1.5km.)
The hotel hotel and the rooms smell like smoke. Staff does not speak English

Staff were awesome and spoke English couldn’t have been more helpful. The area is not tourist area which was a bonus for us as we strolled the neighbourhood and were able to observe suburban life in a city in China. As we have already experienced the local people were kind keen to interact and offer assistance whether asked or not.
The only negative was the odour of sewage from the plumbing in the room which would be difficult for management to counter.

Very very very difficult to find. It's inside the giant apartment building on level 2. Local people helped me find it. Many mosquitoes in the room
