Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel’s unbeatable location in the heart of the old town, often highlighting stunning views of the harbour and proximity to restaurants and attractions. Cleanliness was frequently commended, as was the helpfulness and friendliness of some staff members. However, many guests found the rooms and especially the bathrooms to be very small and outdated, with some maintenance issues and noise disturbances reported. Overall, the hotel’s charm, value, and location were the main positives, while comfort and modernity were lacking for some.
