Pros (+) I loved this hotel. The staff was friendly. The room was very clean and the food was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and whenever I have business in Charlotte NC, I will definitely be staying here!
Cons (-) The walls are very thin. Person in the room next door decided to turn on the news at 5:30am. It was if the tv was in our room. Checkout was at 11:00 but maid service came at 9:30 to clean our room. Not a restful experience
Pros (+) As usual the staff is friendly and prompt. Love it when housekeepers greet guests and these guys always do. Rooms are clean and any problems usually tended to quickly.I love this hotel and have been coming here for over five years. It's a race or just for a casual weekend away.
Cons (-) Apparently there was a glitch when I checked in with the computer system. Which meant at 1:30 in the morning someone is trying to get into my room. The night manager did call to check on me.
