The only king-sized bed was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. The other guests didn't seem to be interested in sleeping. The police came. They weren't quiet. Not a good experience. I won't be back.

Cons. Customer service. No one was at the door at 2:30a.m. to let me in to check into my room. I ended up staying at another hotel nearby called My Place for a cheaper costs without a reservation. Because of this you still charged me for my room even though I could not get in to check in and now I may not get my money refunded for the room due to your poor customer service of not being available to open up the second locked lobby door to let me in to check in.
Pros. It was priced ok.
Cons. The carpet was highly stained to the point we wouldn't let our 7 year old granddaughter on the floor to play. We also chose to wear shoes when walking on the floor.
