What can I expect from the hotel's location?
The hotel is located in a local community and is pretty outstanding with its medieval European style. The place is really peaceful. The staff is professional, the service is excellent, and there's a welcome drink. There were some problems with our room, so they upgraded it. The room is quite nice, but the bed is squeaky and not that soft. Also, the air conditioning is not cold (maybe because of the weather, idk). There's a small TV (unfortunately, not a smart TV), full shower sets, and an air purifier. The swimming pool is nice but shallow, and there are free bikes to ride.

Clean rooms and toilets and swimming pool as well. Quaint design. Staff were all very friendly and provide quick and excellent service. They were very accommodating for our various requests, including a request to store her breast milk in their freezer. The hotel is nestled slightly out of the way, a bit secluded, but is still near many attractions. 10/10 would recommend

Excellent hotel in Old town Chiang Mai...The staff were superb and so friendly...The room was spacious, cleaned. given fresh towels and 2 bottles of water daily...Smoking allowed on balcony only...Small pool and restaurant was good too...Location was quiet with a small convenience store right opposite hotel entrance selling water, cola, beer etc and 7/11 five mins walk away...Wat Phra Singh was 5 mins walk away too and centre of town 15 mins walk...We had a great time here and would stay again if we came back to Chiang Mai.
