Pros:
We enjoyed the prompt response of the staff to our requests. We booked the car online half an hour before the pick up. We picked up in the wrong office but they got us the car very quickly. We received detailed info about the car, the rental conditions and insurance before signing the contract. For dropoff, the staff was kind enough to drive us to the airport. Totally recommend.2.0 Poor

I booked an SUV but was given a Toyota Double Cab truck. I was contemplating taking it anyway however the tires were dangerously worn and unsafe to drive so I decided against it. This resulted in an hour delay to change vehicles.2 locations in Chiang Mai
