Pros (+) The staff were generally friendly. If your looking for a hotel next to a big shopping mall this is the place for you. The breakfast was good.
Cons (-) We booked a king size room and they tried to put us in a room with two twin beds. Not great when your celebrating your anniversary. After much negotiation they found us a room (~45 min). Once we were settled in the new room it was much better. The room was small and dark. There wasn’t a fan in the washroom. It also needed a good deep cleaning but was clean on the surface.
