Pros (+) when we arrived there were around of 6 people hanging on the entrance of the parking lot drinking beer, already intoxicated and talking too loud. Also when we got to the 5th floor everything was stinky and carpets with holes (big ones) desk staff said they are cleaning rooms, as soon as we entered to our room, went to check the restroom and someone didn't even flushed the toilet (I don't need to t...
Cons (-) New staff would be great and customer service courses for people that will be stay. Get rid of drunk people in your building and parking lot and cleaning and new carpet or floor would be a plus.

Cons (-) The place is dirty. A pile of dirty mattresses sitting in the parking garage is a bad, bad look. The stack was about ten feet high and consisted of about 40 mattresses.
