Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, often citing its proximity to events and downtown attractions. Many also highlighted the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the unique historic architecture and atmosphere. However, several guests reported recurring issues with the elevators, cleanliness problems such as stained carpets and lingering odors, and dissatisfaction with parking fees or arrangements. Some rooms and bathrooms were described as outdated or in need of renovation, and there were occasional complaints about noise and lack of hot water. Overall, while the location and service were standout positives, maintenance and facility issues detracted from some guests' experiences.AI-Generated from customer reviews
