The hotel was beautiful! We stayed there because we heard it was haunted. Nothing creepy happened, but it was still a great hotel!!
Maybe a bigger bathroom sink area, but nothing other than that.
Location close to Music Hall.
Thought I had upgraded. Room was small and cramped. Only cups in the room were two coffee cups. Bed was uncomfortable. Would rather have stayed at a Hampton. They coul not accommodate us for dinner at the Orchid. Had to eat off property.

Front desk and other staff very kind and helpful . We really liked the hotel, very nice and comfy! Elegant too.
Valet staff was no help at all. We didn't know what to do and they thought we should it seemed like. We assumed, as is the case at other hotels, they would take our car. We went inside to find out we had to drive all over the place to self park. That's not what we wanted. I don't know how the mix up happened but it wasn't pleasant. It was probably the concierge was the problem not the actual valet staff.
