Pros: The staff were super rude and cared less. I told them to credit the charge back to my account and they of course said that they couldn't do that. I had an itinerary made up for that week and they literally waited a few hours beforehand to cancel the reservation.Cons: The whole process could have been handled in a different manner. I put the blame on hertz and there people

Pros: Staff was excellent! They waited 30 minutes past their closing time to accommodate my flight that was landing in CVG at 10:17pm Best experience and most courteous employee everCons: There was last car on the lot. Extreme shortage of vehicles in CVG apparently so I wasn’t going to complain. The inside of the car reeked of some sort of someone from the previous renters (not sure, cigarettes? Weed?) anyways As I said I opened my window and clinched my feet and made it through my ride to Lexington. I was grateful I got a car and that they waited for me

10.0 ExcellentOct 31 2020
Pros: Staff was great, process was easy and efficient and the car was super clean.Cons: I rent cars on a weekly basis for business, this experience tops most I have. They’re awesome.
Cons: Two days before our rental reservation I received a phone call to inform me there were no Vans available . The Enterprise Rental Manager did not do anything to assist us in the inconvenience. I reached out to Enterprise Corporate and never heard a response. Spoke to a Chris both times. He told me the Vans have been out well over 2 weeks so my response was why did you wait 2 days before our trip to inform me . I will never use this website or Enterprise again. I was able to rent a car through another Company and they now have a New Loyal Customer. Enterprise gave poor Custimer Service and your website was misleading.

Cons: The process was extremely fast... we honestly weren’t expecting such a swift and friendly experience and atmosphere. The young man who helped us on the pick up day actually didn’t have what we wanted in stock and gave us a nicer vehicle at the same price. Thanks Enterprise team!

Pros: Staff apologeticCons: I reserved a car for 2 days from the date reserved and had a confirmation number. Was called by them a half hour before pickup time to tell me they had no cars to rent and none at other locations nearby. Told me to call 1-800 number to see if they could help me locate a car. Was difficult to understand agent because of the the Indian accent at the 1-800 number. I tried twice to get different agent. Prefer USA reps, please. They ended up telling me there were cars an hour away. Said forget it and cancelled reservation. Will not be doing business with them again. Thankfully Enterprise car rental was able to help on such short notice and on a Sunday.

Don't rent from Glenway Ave. BudgetPros: Airport Budget was great, I swapped out the SUV's and received what I asked for and it was cleaned and serviced and at the price quoted.Cons: Attempted to pick up the car on Glenway Ave. that I thought I had ordered and had confirmed twice with company. Arrived for pick up and the car was not as promised I specifically asked for a 4 wheeled standard size SUV. I was given a front wheeled drive only, not serviced, had been smoked in, was filthy inside and outside. After much presistance, the attendant called around town until he found the car I had ordered. I had to drive the car he gave me over to the airport to get the car I actually had ordered. The attendant at Glenway was rude and unaccommodating. He also charged me more than I was quoted on priceline.

Pros: The convenience of the rental. Had a miscommunication with another reservation with another car rental company.Cons: Well, upon arriving to pick up the rental, I had to caall the store in order to get the attention of the associate working at the time. There was another customer waiting for service, and the call wasn't made until five minutes after arriving to site. When dropping off rental, I called to notify the same associate that there was a chance that i may be a little late to drop off the rental (6:00)which is also the time Budget closes. I was then notified that I had to place keys in the dropbox and the drop off would not be processed until the following day, and there was a chance that a late fee would be added to bill for at least a half of a day. I returned the car AT the time it was supposed to be dropped off. Walked INTO the building, and was later told that the associate could not process the drop off. I explained to him that his door was still open, showing that your business was still open, and he then refused to process the drop off. He didnt lock the doors of the establishment until 7 minutes after closing time. I know this because I decided to take a picture while waiting for my lyft ride.
Cons: Car selection no available. Dirty car. Long pick up. Bad service.

Avis don't like third party web sitesCons: I picked up a dirty car in Cincinnati to take it to mbs airport. When I dropped the car off they asked if I had the miles I said no and they said if you don't nee your receipt you are good.I thought I should just get the miles so I did and the girl at the counter printed me a receipt for double what I was told.I asked the girl why and she said it was because I dropped it off early yes early. She told me that's how third party sites get you.I said what does that mean? She said she would of been able refund my money if I would of went straight through Avis never again will I do that...
A city that sprawls along the Ohio River and connects to the apex of the Licking River, Cincinnati is best discovered with a rental car. Cincinnati buzzes with an eclectic rustic vibe and is home to many fantastic restaurants and art venues. Whether you plan to escape the city to the world renowned Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden or explore the diverse landscapes the Ohio River has to offer, a rental car will help you maximize your time in town.
Cincinnati International Airport, commonly referred to as Northern Kentucky International Airport, is located 13 miles south from the downtown district and takes approximately 20 minutes to drive. A shuttle bus takes you directly from the baggage claim area to the car rental facility, where you will find the counters of many major rental companies such as Hertz, Budget, Enterprise, and Avis.
The hills that bless Cincinnati with glorious views also mean that you will experience some unique driving conditions around town. When coming up to any considerable incline, remember to approach at a steady pace and with significant momentum. The mountainous terrain provides an ideal challenge for enthusiastic cyclists, so be cautious of your blind spots and always provide an adequate amount of space.
Cincinnati roads become congested between 7 am and 9 am as commuters make their way to work, as well as between 4:30 pm and 7:30 pm. It is advisable to avoid driving during these peak periods of the day and instead enjoy the beautiful riverfront or the long list of activities the city has to offer. Redirecting your driving route to avoid the Brent Spence Bridge, I-75, and I-71 will save you time, especially during the evening rush hour.
