the breakfast is so simple, and the sheets of bed is not clean

Quiet and had plenty of ice. Maid let some random homeless cat in our room. After being gone for 10 hours, we came back and and it jumped out of the windown onto the table and scared all of us. Also found a cockroach on wall above the door on our 2nd day. Staff didn't care

Nothing Carpet was filthy. Appeared to me that bed linens was not clean. People being loud in room next to me.

The front desk was very friendly and got me through the process very quickely. They put me in a room near the main entrance. And there was music playing. Initially it wasn't bothersome but when it was late and we were trying to sleep all we could hear was the music. My wife and I barely got an hours worth of sleep.

Kayak's system lost my reservation, so hotel did not know I was coming, and had no room ready for me. I could not log onto Kayak system to check what happened because computer could not find my reservation number, and I could not reach a human. I have disputed this hotel charge with my credit card company. Hotel staff person was as helpful and friendly as possible.

Leaving. Booked double room, owner promptly tried to give me single room and argued when I took the key back and asked for double room. Owner also argued over providing me extra towels so I could shower my children. Room was dumpy and smelled funky, location was shady.

Had a reservation with proof. Drove 4 hours to have to desk person tell me they have no record of my reservation. We were left stranded at 1030 at night after a 4 hour drive with nowhere to stay. Fortunately we were able to find something else as most hotels were all booked up because of rock on the range. Also i was told by the desk clerk at this dump that they do not hold rooms, they tried to offer me a single bed for myself and 2 of my buddies 1 who is handicapped for about $40 more than the double bed i had reserved and she told me that technically a couple had booked that room so we would be taking their reservation. I turned that down immediately. Ill bet that couple got screwed as well. DO NOT STAY HERE. They overbook and do not honor reservations. THEY DO NOT HONOR RESERVATIONS, WAS LEFT STRANDED DURING ROCK ON THE RANGE WEEKEND AFTER A 4 HR DRIVE AT 1030 AT NIGHT. WAS TOLD THAT OVERBOOKED BY THE LADY AT THE DESK.
