Location was good, and staff was helpful. We understand that this is not a newer motel, but, running the vacuum and rinsing the tub/shower, in rooms that have not been rented in awhile, would have been appreciated.
Nothing Carpet was filthy. Appeared to me that bed linens was not clean. People being loud in room next to me.
the breakfast is so simple, and the sheets of bed is not clean

The front desk was very friendly and got me through the process very quickely. They put me in a room near the main entrance. And there was music playing. Initially it wasn't bothersome but when it was late and we were trying to sleep all we could hear was the music. My wife and I barely got an hours worth of sleep.
The only thing I liked about this hotel was the location. I was up there for a family funeral and it was right in the middle of everyone, so it was easy to get around. Microwave would not stay plugged in. There was dust everywhere. The pool was only open from 5pm-11pm. For a non-smoking hotel, it constantly smelled like WEED in the hallway on our floor! They charged me $30 without permission or explanation. HORRIBLE!
The room was not clean, there was trash in the trash cans and stained towels. Along with a literally GREEN hard boiled egg on the breakfast buffet, we were not impressed
The staff is friendly, the breakfast is consistently good. It is clean and accommodating . Maid service was not as thorough as it has been in years past. We have been staying here in Sept/Oct for 10 plus years. Towels not replaced, shampoos and Kleenex not refilled - that kind of thing.
Hotel refused to refund us after having made reservations only 2 hours prior. Building was warm and smelled dirty. Pillows were so lumpy, felt like they were stuffed with cotton balls. No welcome upon arrival and front desk woman didn't crack a smile.
Close to the Church Convention we attended.
Overall a great stay. Front Desk was very curteous and the room was nice.
I've been staying here for years. The mgmt (hotel employee) works tirelessly To keep the guests happy. She has a difficult job but does it admirably. Had a bad experience with a maid. Staff handled it well.
Kayak's system lost my reservation, so hotel did not know I was coming, and had no room ready for me. I could not log onto Kayak system to check what happened because computer could not find my reservation number, and I could not reach a human. I have disputed this hotel charge with my credit card company. Hotel staff person was as helpful and friendly as possible.
When I think of quality inn, I don't expect much. The room was cheap, so that also made me expect less. The staff was amazing, huge shout out to Jacob specifically. He was amazing. Whole place was super clean and comfortable. Such a nice stay. The indoor pool was closed when I stayed. But that isn't anyone's fault, so I really can't complain at all.
The stuff was nice . I feel that the hotel could definitely use updates I hit my leg a couple times on a bar that was hanging out on the bottom of the bed. But overall it was good I would go back.
Breakfast was excellent and a great value. Although we didn't use them this trip, the in-room refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave were welcome touches. Bed was firm and the right height. WiFi was good and easy to use. I am handicapped and walk with a cane, the incline from the side entrance had a useful handrail on one side, but none on the other. Was good for entrance but more difficult exiting. The desk chair could be height adjusted with a hand pump but when sat upon, it lost air pressure and sank. Thus you had to get up with difficulty from a very low chair. The shower/tub could use hand rails at the front edge to help handicapped with the big step over the tub wall. The hand grips all seemed to be on the back wall of the tub/shower enclosure meaning you had to reach all the way across the tun to use them to help get in. Proved insurmountable for me. Pillows wer too squishy and did not support my head after a few minutes but were too difficult to fold over to make a firm bolster.. TV remote's Channel Up and Down button didn't work. Channel changes had to made by punching in numbers from the key pad. On check-in the front desk person seemed quite suspicious of the guests checking in , and reminded us that since the reservation was through KAYAK he didn't know what our rate was and he couldn't make any cancellation, and that if we were found to have any more than ourselves in the room we'd be asked to leave without any refund. I did not feel welcome. All other staff we encountered, however, were quite friendly and helpful. Soda from the vending machine for $2 seemed a bit pricey.
Had a reservation with proof. Drove 4 hours to have to desk person tell me they have no record of my reservation. We were left stranded at 1030 at night after a 4 hour drive with nowhere to stay. Fortunately we were able to find something else as most hotels were all booked up because of rock on the range. Also i was told by the desk clerk at this dump that they do not hold rooms, they tried to offer me a single bed for myself and 2 of my buddies 1 who is handicapped for about $40 more than the double bed i had reserved and she told me that technically a couple had booked that room so we would be taking their reservation. I turned that down immediately. Ill bet that couple got screwed as well. DO NOT STAY HERE. They overbook and do not honor reservations. THEY DO NOT HONOR RESERVATIONS, WAS LEFT STRANDED DURING ROCK ON THE RANGE WEEKEND AFTER A 4 HR DRIVE AT 1030 AT NIGHT. WAS TOLD THAT OVERBOOKED BY THE LADY AT THE DESK.
