1.0 Poor
Cons: Breakfast was cold and unappealing, no dead lock or spyhole on doors or even a chain made it feel unsafe, doors to adjoining rooms meant it was noisy and neighbours knocking during the night. This also made it feel very unsafe. The manager was defensive.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The whole place is fantastic!! The area, the surroundings, the facilities and the apartment!! The best part was the balcony over the lake! Just a shame it rained the whole weekend so we couldn't make the most of it!! The in room services are great although we didn't get to use them all there were options of take aways, bbq supplies and picnic hampers! All very reasonably priced!! Also had a wonderful, well needed massage at spa6! My husband did the cable wake boarding which is the next lake up- thoroughly enjoyed it!! We plan to go back in the summer to make the most of the beautiful surroundings!!
Cons: The pool is a hydro pool which is great but I couldn't take my baby in there, which is something I was looking for when looking for accommodation!! Such a shame, especially with the weather being bad!! The reason I was given as well was that it will be too hot for her which sometimes makes babies sick in the pool!!
8.0 Excellent

Cons: n/a
7.7 Good
Pros: The staff were all superb. Apartment clean & spacious.
Cons: Wasn't aware, if there is one,of an option to request a water view. Our apartment looked out over the car park.
7.0 Good
Pros: the apartment was nice
7.0 Good
Pros: we stayed in an apartment, which was spacious, well equipped and had a feel of luxury about it.
Cons: Because of the large lounge, our neighbours had a party of people in their room which kept us awake both nights, the walls are paper thin, perhaps have signs up about keeping the noise down after 11pm or move beds to other wall. it was a shame because neither of us slept.
7.3 Good
Pros: Excellent facilities in the self catering appartments. Everything clean, modern and in good working order.
Cons: I thought the room service 'take away' service was very poor and the on site 'gastro pub' was very overpriced and of a low standard. There was no really good child friendly food option anywhere which was a shame. If I stayed again, I would not use any of the on site restaurants. Also, a lot of road noise.
6.0 Good
Pros: Good food & friendly staff
Cons:
6.6 Good
Pros: 1 bed apartment was perfect size for two people and outlook over Lake 6 excellent - complete with visiting swans, ducks & coots.
Cons: Not enough kitchen equipment - no casseroles or bowls or oven gloves. Better if there had been another couple of small pans- especially when only cooking for 2. Would have been useful to have grater and extra cutlery (no soup spoons).
6.0 Good
Pros:
Cons: 1. Apartment is confusing. Security key is needed even to access the Lobbt/Kitchenette area. 2. As per website, I was to believe that full English Breakfast is available for gbp 6.00 per head, but I was billed @ 12.95 per head. 3. There is just no utility shop in the vicinity, which is very essential for a foreigner like me, who has to rely on taxi-service for travelling
8.0 Excellent
Pros: wonderful lake view and great board walk around the chotel and lake. huge comfy bed.
Cons:

5.0 Okay
Pros: Small & friendly. Breakfast was superb.
Cons: Rooms were nice but soundproofing between rooms wasn't good
7.3 Good
Pros: The most comfortable bed I think I have ever slept in. Very cosy room, thoughtful additions such as tissues and cotton wool balls and good selection of tea/coffee/refreshments. Peaceful location but very handy for exploring Cirencester.
Cons: It was Arkells beer - not a personal favourite and the visit confirmed it. Had fried eggs - bit oily - could have been drained on kitchen roll to make them more paletable.

6.3 Good
Pros: It was a very nice hotel, old mixed with the new and must be amasing in the summer with all of the outdoor furiture and lovely surroundings. The food and restaurant were very good, I would reccomend it to anyone. We were going to the races and if was a perfect distance away (40 mins) and much cheeper and better than the city hotels and B&Bs which were over £100 a night up to £500 plus.
Cons: The only let down was the shower, it was just a mixer tap with a shower extention mounted on the wall over the bath. A propoer shower over the bath would have been perfect
