Pros (+) Supposed to stay a week, we didn't even stay the night. There are far nicer hotels in the area for much less money. It was dark, dingy, something was disgusting on kitchenette ceiling and leaking. The dumpster was right outside the door and 2 police cars were parked right outside under trees by an alley. Did not feel luxurious or safe at all.
