Clean nice room also good bed and choice of pillows very nice. No service in breakfast and long waiting to be seated, AC not working in bedroom
The ease of access from the Peripherique Air Conditioning was not working correctly
the breakfast and the host at the hotel where real good
I had read some reviews about bad service so I went with low expectations but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and helpful, anything we asked for we got.
Hotel staff were nice, friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and staff service of the room was excelent!, this is very important. It has the metro close (~300m). The price for breakfast is a little too high (20eur/person).
Very nice and helpfull staff. Subway station 5 min walk from the hotel. Room was nice and clean. Had to wait for a taxi for 20 min
Very modern. I loved the lights in the room and the view of the runway. The restaurant/bar was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, this was my favorite place to stay on business so far.
We really appreciated how clean and functional the room was, a very small micro-studio but designed well with clean countertops, a very clean bathroom, and easy to use controls for blinds/shower/tv etc. The large bed and towels were very comfortable. It was also helpful to have a casual restaurant/bar onsite, we had everything we needed after a long drive to the airport. The computer check-in was new for us and confusing at first, but the attendant was extremely helpful with all of our questions.
Brand new Hotel with a very Chic attitude. We didn't stay in paris Long enough. At least 3 nights is needed to get a sense of this Beautiful City.
small room, but clean, modern, and convenient location
very clear, friendly staff, nice rooms shower kind of tiny, no parking space other than paying, not even for the first hour in which people come loaded with luggage and have to choice but to pay for the parking.
Hands off but fully available approach to customer service. Fully digitally connected as well as humanly connected. The staff is always available and extremely friendly. Fantasic rooms with great digital access on both entertainment and communication/internet. This is in my top ten hotels ever. I have been travelling for over 25 years worldwide. There was nothing I didn't like excecpt maybe the price of the brekfast buffett.
Very modern and clean. Good service and in-room amenities. Free wifi...and easy check-in-check out Walking distance to the Airport price was a little higher
The staff was very friendly and helpful, highly recommended and great price.
I think the hotel is very nice and have the amicable staff. I will advise to stay here to my friends. The room was clean and had a nice appearance. So tnx for comfortable accommodation.))
The en suite bathroom was new and clean, the staff friendly. It was not noisy. Alot of stairs!
it was quite cheap
Reception 24 hour. Mouses in the room. And reconstruction of the hotel. :(
I like the location as its close enough to the metro station. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they speak good English. I would like to have my own bathroom although i know that its sharing, in the first place.
It is near to the metro. The bed is not comfortable.
Friendly hotel stuff, very helpful. Location can not be better. Unfortunately no parking available.
The room appeared nice and clean with a new bathroom and shower. Bed was very uncomfortable like a rock and on a slope. There is no lift and we were on the third floor, but to be fair the receptionist did offer to hlep with the case upstairs. Decoartively very poor. No wardrobe in the room - some coathangers on the corner of the radiator!
The hotel is located too far from the Metro station, which made it difficult to get there with many heavy bags.
there is parking at all the only parking was talking about it is 2 mile away from the hotel and there is no elevator and the stairs are verey bad to climb and there is no help to curry the luggage.
Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is great (even thu it is a bit expensive). First, small room was given to me (in corner), even we couldn't fit the my child cot inside. Then,it was changed after several arrgement with receptionest. Check-in time was long !. Escilators out side the hotel are not working. I have to claim 90 steps everytime I go out (with child seat). Internet is not free (expensive)
quite and its location you have to walk through a very long stairs to reach the metro and the grand arch area. there is escalator but it wan out of service for 5 nights
The service was amazing! Nothing, it was all great
The staff kindness and professionalism. The room quality. Nothing.
room, bad, location, car parking distance from metro
Very comfortable and spacious room, good location, close to public transportation, very quiet. Very expensive Internet access - even 90 euros Paris hotels have free internet access !!!!
Comfortable room There was no vegitarian options on the menu except stir fry. I was extremely disappointed by this as all good hotels offer a much better range. Therefore, I had a sandwich.
Location perfect for work at La Défense
Nearness to the business district. Good rooms. Good Service. Comfortable stay.
a spacious room, nice bathroom, fantastic bed. the staff are very friendly and nice. breakfast: some pastry items were not fresh, the orange juice doesn't flow out of the container easily. sometimes the pastry items are not restocked in time.
The location is ideal for working in La Defense. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It is very expensive. I had a hot chocolate which cost €5.50 which is a ridiculous price! And €10 per hour for internet use in the room is far too expensive. I would expect this to be included in the room price as that was expensive also.
The space no diner facilities
Hotel is located a stone's throw from the main Metro line, so it is in a convenient location, however it is in the business district.
Stayed at Fraser Suite in London, all of us said good. When we come to Fraser at La Defense, all of us say Wow - it excellent. 1. Less than 5 mins walk to metro. 2. Very nice, friendly and helpful front desk. 3. Our 2-bedroom are very comfort (very similar to N. America spacing). It not like normal hotel room in Europe - Fraser here provide a big room. Our 2 bed-room also comes with 2 balconies. 4. Quiet and fresh air (compare to Paris downtown) environment. If travel with 4 or more people, this is the 1st choice - no doubt.
Hotel staff is very friendly, rooms are large, location is very convenient even if you want to visit Paris, hotel is close to subway. nothing - all good
Space of the rooms and comfort
We stayed as a group. This hotel was ideal for us, having a separate kitchen. The location was great only a short ride in the metro The only complaint that we had was the room sounded like the wind was coming through the front door and was very noisy.
Convenience of location and siz of the apartment. Plenty of space. Automatic switching on of the air conditioning at 6am every morning no matter whether it was off or not!!!
nice and roomy. nice view. good kitchen. Overall, a great stay.
clean and the location of hotel
Location, very good breakfast and the space of the rooms. The staff is not very welcoming. the view of the room was very bad.
It is close to subway, and rather quiet on weekends. The bedding is excellent, very comfortable. The route going to the hotel by car or taxi is so winding and takes a lot of turns within the district before reaching the hotel. This is due to the public traffic planning in La Defense, perhaps.
clean, and helpful staff The hotel entrance was close during my stay, the car parking should be free but they charge 20 Euro per day
the location the internet not free like other 4-star hotels in paris
The location is perfect. Now most of the hotels in the world provide free internet service. E.G. Concorde Lafayette in Porte Maillot, Paris
Well designed and furnished , 5 minutes walk from the Metro, placed in scrapsky quarter - nice to see 1-2 times. Restaurant in the lobby is very expensive and has very small choice of the meal. Breakfast is usual one but also is rather expensive. I also may recommend to the hotel concierge not to use this taxi service that they ordered for us. We wait it 30 mins in the lobby and we sited to the car - it was already 22 euros. I asked driver - why - he said - "its no problem, I won't charge you additionally" - but finally he did.
nice design, location, staff no free wifi, no body milk, breakfast could have been better (no boiled eggs)
the junior suite is spacious. the espresso machine, the bed. near a big shopping mall. Quite business area. It is a bit expensive. the conceirge (unintentionally) mislead us when we ask him about rent a car company in the city.
Fresh, clean, modern, simple Shower leaked under glass door - no lip to stop flow, duvets are too hot even with air-conditioning on high fan
the comfortable bed No
Room, location good for the sites, all the sites are the metro 1 line (yellow) which is the la defense. The food was expensive and of low quality.
it was easy and comfortable, the location was good and easy for the city either by taxi or train. Very expensive, but so were all the other Paris hotels that day!!
Had an amazing time :))) and experience :)) great staff. I had to give a good for location only reason because it is not in city but!!!!! Shuttle leaves Hotel like every 45 min to train station literally 20 min from Main City I would do it all over again with Relais Hotel ! Beds were super comfortable!!! Amazing rooms, clean, pool and facilities amazing!!!!!! Free water in rooms :)))))) shower and bathroom really good!
big bed. the room had nice furniture. very nice pool and spa area. room shower smelled mouldy.
Hotel functioned well, was clean and reception staff were helpful. Bar was very poor - highly priced and staff not really suited to the role. Communication not their thing.
i cant really say as i was there for a few hrs b4 my flight back home to australia...but overall i had a few good hrs sleep well since its close to the airport the noise of the planes were pretty loud
The bartender that night was great. The lady at the front desk when I first checked in was very nice and helpful. The shower was nice. It's close to CDG. I had requested a late checkout when I booked the hotel, and they told me that was possible, but when I checked in, they had no record of my request. I ended up having to pay 25€ to upgrade, which would also get me free breakfast in the morning, and the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The next day, I got a call at 12:30 telling me that checkout was at 12:00 and that it was 10€ per hour to stay later. I told them I'd already paid for the upgrade last night. They looked around and found it and apologized for the confusion. Then as I checked out, they told me I had to pay 26€ for breakfast. I had to go through the whole thing all over again and show them my receipt before they sorted it out. Rooms were run down. Heat was on one temperature only, and adjusting the thermostat didn't help. I had to open the windows it was so hot. Food was mediocre and over priced. The menus they gave us were old, so the food was actually 5€ more than it even showed on the menu, and it wasn't good. (And they didn't tell us about the price difference until they brought the bill.) This hotel is in no way a 4 star hotel. There are tons of hotels in that area close to CDG. Stay at one of those.
Original price was honoured by booking com. Good accommodation for the price.
While the room wasn't the prettiest, the bed, internet, and shower were all fantastic. For my 8 hour visit before an early morning flight, this is what I needed. I wouldn't stay here for the decor! but for a budget place that meets all the essentials near the airport, it's great.
Shabby room. Waited over an hour to check in. Never received the wake up call I requested. Almost missed my flight.
The hotel is very convinient to reach from the Airport by using the black bus. it stops right in fornt of the hotel.Nice breakfast.
Staff at front desk very helpful and friendly. Vrey clean nice atomsphere. The hotel shuttle service (Blackline?) is really bad. If travelling with luggage it will be a nightmare for older or infirm persons. It is however free, so can't complain too much.......Nowhere quiet to have a meal.
Old and dingy. I thought from the reviews and pictures it was new, but the place was pretty rough.
No free internet
Both dinner and breakfast, particularly the latter, were good. Personally, as a Cordon Bleu and now living in France, I would have preferred something more specialised, not just Steak and Chips however good it was - and it was. I am not sure if it was the hotel to blame or only the driver of the shuttle but I ended up at the wrong terminal and had to walk for 40 mins to get to the right one. May I suggest that certainly the Millenium, maybe all the hotels at Roissy, should keep a list of which airlines fly from which terminals. I was travelling by Air Transat and should have been taken to Terminal 3 not 2a.
Efficient staff The suite was not 5 star based on the Australian 5 star rating. Note only one robe, fittings in the bathroom need seeing too as well as some varnish
Theroom was particularly noisy, and I was awake most of the night. I cancelled the rest of my stay, and the receptionist said I should have complained the night before, but yet didn't offer to change my room.
Good location => Stade de france separate building from reception two blocs away, but nothing bad.
Staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for us. Room small but clean. Metro about 500m away. Jacuzzi could have been warmenr.
It was not so far away from the center. You can use the metro Nr. 13 or the bus Nr. 74 to the next metrostation if you don`t want to walk. The price was ok for that room. It was nice to use the spa after a long trip in the city. The bed was verry comfortable and clean. Something in the room should be repaired, but not too important things. The floor of the room was not so clean.
It was very clean and of course the combination of free Internet (even WiFi in the rooms - and quite fast) and a pool with hot tub and sauna. The room was maybe a little bit small. But it was okay as there was nothing missing and it was still comfortable.
Very friendly staff, willing to help and share information, selling of Disneyland tickets A bit to expensive for what it offers, but keeping in mind it's Paris...
Wonderfully located in calm Clichy. Swimming-pool-/fitness-area is great for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. My seven-year-old daughter was delighted! The breakfast isn't that exciting - variety is poor. Then again: That seems to the standard in Paris for this category and - fair enough - the breakfast is mandatory.
Price and area
Good location, very clean and nice swimming pool if you have time Maybe a little expensive
Security was excellent and having laundry facilities in the basement was a plus. There's a grocery store across the street which was convenient. The neighborhood was not so great. It's in a business area of town and when we arrived late one night there were some hooligans kicking soccer balls at the hotel trying to break a window.
New interiors, good acces to public transportation It was easy to book, but hard to find anyone of personnel when needed - they work only 4 hours a day and in case of emergency you won't find anyone.
The apartment is relatively ok with the price especially in Paris. It's location is not in the center but there is a Metro stop a few meters away from the apartment. The reception staff is friendly and helpful. For a business hotel, I find it very inconvenient that it's reception is only open Mon -Fri, 8 am - 7 pm. No office during weekends. Therefore, it is very hard to ask for requests on certain days and hours. You have to inform a day before but this can be very inconvenient for travelers. We came early so we left our luggage. We were not able to return before 7 pm so our luggage was locked in the restaurant. They did not inform us re this. So we did not have any change of clothes. We were only able to retrieve our luggage the ff morning. The apartment was not cleaned thoroughly (dust in the trundle bed) and I complained re a missing coffee carafe for the coffee maker. The receptionist promised to bring one up but never did.
Very close to the Metro and supermarket. Kitchen facility were working. Sometimes the keys were not working and when the reception was closed it was a problem. Short time of the reception working looks strange. Air condition is absent and with open window it was some noisy. Only french languge TV chanel.
It is the basic condition, but I could not contact anyone from hotel staff when I have the problem at no business hour.
Very good location and situation in a good residential area. Felt very safe walking back late at night. Could not fault the location with a HUGE supermarket beside. There is also a tourist information centre opposite the metro, what more could one ask for? Good basic, comfortable and clean facilities to stay the night.
Value was great if you want to go to Paris but not pay the same prices for hotels in Paris. The hotel was about a 7minute walk from the metro line - about 25-35 minutes to central Paris depending on where you were going. In general, the area is under a lot of construction. There was no noise from that audible from our room, but I'm sure the views would have been nicer.
Rooms functional Good breakfast Fast internet Parking (!) Location not great for Paris, but was very convenient for me on this trip.
little breakfast in room little frigo-bar in room
Good location, near to the metro. The staff is friendly. The lobby is very nice. Desk in the room is very small. Old fashioned room. A bit too expensive during the fair time. Not enough lights in the room.
The staff was very friendly and polite, room was clean and location is great to reach by public transport. The room was a bit too small.
Near Metro Station, lots of restaurants near by, free wifi Internet small room, even smaller bathroom, lack of desk space
Easy access to metro station Air conditioming was not working
Good location, very clean, good value for money. Too small rooms!
Well situated for central Paris. Easy to get to Metro. Rooms were very clean and air conditioning was very much appreciated in the heat of August. Very quiet location and very pleasant local area. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. We will happily use this hotel again when traveling to Paris. The room size was a little cramped, but the facilities in it were very good.
The hotel is located in a fairly nice area close to a Metro station. The price was good for Paris. The beds good. The room and bathroom were rather narrow. The night staff not very friendly. The daytime staff on the opposite was nice. Breakfast is overpriced.
it was modern, clean and a good value for the money. it is a long indirect trip from the airport and a pretty fair distance into town. little sense of "neighborhood" few food shops - mostly major grocery stores with 'cheap food' - France is becoming like the US - yuk.
The hotel is located near a metro station and there are several shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Parking costs 10 euro per 24 hour which is very cheap in Paris.
Free internet access, computer available for use. Secure car park a short walk away.
Location is close to the metro and it will take you to most of the places in Paris. But far from the cdg airport The room I requested was non-smoking but the room had ash tray and smelled very bad. I asked why, and they said everyroom has ash tray even if I asked for the non-smoking room!!?? The sheets were not clean, very small room, breakfast was not worth 8 euros.
The Free WiFi is good and connection is fast. air circulation is not good. May need an exhaust fan in the bath room.
In the twin room, the beds were too small !
good location near to the metro. Hotel very clean. Good selection for breakfast.
I liked the fact that I had a place to park even though I was in the city. It was located near the subway which made traveling easy. The option of breakfast was also nice to have. The room was a little small but I am comparing this to US standards.
friendly employees, clean room, I have been woken up by the maid at 9.45 who thought the room was empty.
Room was very clean with all of the necessities. Very good location if coming in on SNCF train or on plain. When first arrived was given a room that the guests had not yet checked out of and it had not been cleaned. Hotel quickly gave us another room but we were disturbed we were given a key to someone else's room and had access to their baggage.
once found (they were still putting the signs up in the terminal, very convenient place to stay. it was surprisingly quiet. stained carpet, small rooms, cant open the windows for fresh air, to the extent that it was a relief to get outside the next morning
been connect to the airport and to the train station
When needing being close to the airport it is very convenient.
We stayed at this hotel after returning from Spain, the night before our return flight home. The proximity to Paris CDG airport and the ease of getting to the airport made this the perfect hotel.
A good choice for an overnight stay when leaving CDG on a morning flight. Excellent restaurant
Location and price nothing it was all good
nothing The price wat to high and we slept with all the painters in the hallway we had to jump over the paint cans and it smelled. We could not move in the room the beds were to close to each other and that all for $250 / a night.
At airport Convenient Breakfast good Carpet dirty Bathroom mildew on tiles Air freshener too strong
Really liked the hotel. Comfortable. Clean. Great staff and "inside" the airport. The shuttle to the airport is right out the hotel. 5 minutes and you're in the terminal 2. The price was a bit high.
Fabulously convenient location--just walk out of hotel and into Charles De Gaulle airport. Elegant decor. A surprisingly delicious dinner in the restaurant with friends. A good breakfast. I think the room as a little hot. I was too tired to try and fiddle with the thermostat so perhaps that was fixable.
the hotel was very clean and staff were very helpful and room was the best i stayed in during my week of bussiness
Great location next to airport for last night in Paris. We always stay at the Hilton to ease the logistics of returning home in the US.
Hotel is excellent in all aspects no free wifi in the rooms. free airport shutlle need to be run to every terminal
Beautiful hotel closest to the airport.
Overall great place to stay. The shuttle was a bit hard to find at CDG - but once located all went well. If you want to use the shuttle - locate where the TGV station on level 5 is - that is where they pick you up. It is a 3 min ride to hotel. Nice pool for the family - a hard thing to find in Paris.
Great convenient location to CDG train station and Roissy airport. Room good size, clean and bed comfortable Nice, quiet and relaxed atmosphere Toilet tank made strange noises every 20 minutes or so ALL night.. Water temperature in shower fluctuates between cool and warm and cannot be regulated. Water pressure weak in shower Strange display - amenities "missing" in bathroom - sewing kit box is empty, Q-tips and shoe shine cloth just sat on tray without boxes... Executive Lounge food needs improvement.
The hotel is easily accessible from the RER CDG terminal 1-3 (second to last on the RER B)...it's so close you can actually use the luggage carts in the terminal to push your suitcases (and kids) to hotel. There is also usually a stockpile of a half-dozen carts just outside the hotel on the way to the station from other travellers who figured this out. The airport and hotel are in zone 5 of the metro, so if you get a day pass that includes zone 5 you're all set for a day trip into the city on the RER (30-50 minutes depending on the train and destination). The hotel breakfast was rather pricy, and you can get cheap pastries and coffee in the RER station for the whole family for the price of one breakfast. There is a hotel shuttle that picks up at the 5th floor of RER terminal 2...which has a number of logitical issues: 1) If you have a cart, you need to use the elevators...which usually have too many people waiting for them while they service the floors you're not on. 2) if you are being dropped off by the shuttle, don't expect carts to be available on the 5th floor. I had to go down the stairs to get a cart on the 4th floor, then carried it up to the 5th floor, loaded up several bags, waited 10 minutes for the elevator, then decided it would be faster to carry the bags down to the 4th floor and reload there. It was faster than waiting for the elevator on the 5th floor. 3) the shuttle can only hold a certain number of people, and even if it runs every 15-20 minutes, it's possible during peak times that you might have to wait for a third shuttle.
Enjoyed the Executive Lounge and room size. Shame that there is no shuttle to Terminal 3. I know the terminal is close, but my 80 year old mother had a difficult time getting from the hotel to Terminal 3.
No internet in The room and no water to drink
Nice room and bathroom. It was nice staying there before an early flight. They had a shuttle that took us to the airport. We enjoyed a bottle of wine in the bar. Nothing
Food was REALLY expensive but we didn't have choice. 2 burgers 2 coke 59 euros. And it took for ever to get that to the bar Close to the airport
Great location. The airport train station is very nearby and that's probably the best way to get there unless you have a lot of luggage, in which case there is also a free shuttle. The room was nice and the bed was comfy. The restaurant had a very limited menu and all of the food was very overpriced. Also, there was no hot tub.
Easy access to terminal 1 & 2 None.
Location was great. Very quiet rooms. Our second room had numerous small problems. I'm sure if I contacted the staff it could have been corrected. But sometimes, you just want to go to sleep.
Excellent location, virtually 20 minutes to gate. Very nice staff at reception and quick check-in. Would appreciate if extra blankets are provided. Can be quite cool at night. A/C did not seem to heat up sufficiently.
It´s location, easy to walk there and easy to walk to the next flight. Room service was efficient. The service in the restaurant. They told me to wait for a while to attend me. After 10 minutes waiting I left.
Location is superb as you can walk to all halls in terminal 2 without having to take a shuttle. Some equipment begins to date. It is time for Sheraton to do some upgrades.
Convienience - right in the airport Shower was inoperative and only one bathsize towel, until I requested more.
Proximity to Airport The Air conditional didn't work Speed of the internet connection was really poor
The special offer that made it possible for us to stay there, the positive attitude of the staff, the excellent breakfast included in the price, the spacy and beautifully and practically equipped room, the welcome gift. Because our arrival at the airport by plane was late, we didn't want to risk not to get into central Paris by public transport that late evening/night due to delays, therefore it was essential to stay at a hotel as close as possible to the airport - like this one - to continue to the airport early the next day. Nothing special.
Only the location Smoking room, but even the bedding smelled! Made us wonder if it was even washed. Restaurant staff were rude and uncooperative. Served a glass of wine from a .75L bottle then told us they had no .75L bottles to sell us - only .375L bottles. Waiter couldn't understand our confusion andade no effort to try. Poor.
The quick service and the convenient location
We loved everything! Very comfy room (Club Room), with a bathroom with shower and bath separated, spacius, minibar, tv, a veeery comfy bed and pillows. And the location! Superb! The hotel is inside terminal 2e at Paris -cdg . If you have a conection, as we had, you have at your feet the airport itself, the tvg and Trains from and to Paris/Europe. From the main entrance you can see the gare downstairs. The restaurant is very good, the staff couldn't be better. next time we'll stay there and take the train to and from Paris. Just perfect! The automatic minibar and tray in the room. If you simply touch it, you're billed automatically. I don't like this "modernity".
