A bit pricy, but worth every penny as we celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary.
Pros: Reminded us of a Colonial plantation in Jamaica. Loved the setting, décor, Rose Meghie, the excellent breakfast, etc., etc.
Cons: Couldn't find it late at night. The number 14 on the gate could be lit up. Bet something could be done to prevent our room door from slamming.

Pros: old historic hotel close to downtown
Cons: very small tvs that are not even flat screen, you need binoculars, beds are dented and in poor shape
Pros: Close to downtown, Good location. Room was nice and clean.
Cons: no screens on open windows. air conditioning did not work. TV was extremely small. No reduction in room rate because we went through a third party. Was offered separate rooms on different floors- not acceptable.Thought it was overpriced.

Pros: friendly polite and capable staff who were very helpful in directing us to local locations.the hotel was easy to find, very clean and catered to any special requests we had.the restaurant was clean, the serving staff pleasant, and served good food.
Cons: could consider a complementary breakfast.
Pros: Fantastic pool, friendly staff. Let us have a late check out due to our situation!!
Cons: the description online indicated a queen bed, sofa bed, murphy bed. There were 3 of us so that sounded great. There was no queen bed. The murphy bed was a queen and the sofa bed mattress was really awful
great sunday brunch, decent pool, great staff with knowlage of local area and attractions
Pros: from check in to check out experience was great
Cons: a free breakfast would have been nice ?
Overall the hotel was fine but our overall experience was not good.
Pros: The pool
Cons: The walls were paper thin and they put me and my 2 small children in a room next to a bachelor party that partied hard until finally leaving at 1 am. We complained to the front desk 3 times before they finally left.
Pros: Nice and quiet, lots of privacy. Pretty location.
Cons: Would prefer a queen size bed. There wasn't any colour TV. No credit card or debit card set up. Was cash or cheque only.

Pros: Location to the highway was good. Large screen TV was nice.

Pros: It's clean and quiet.
Cons: There's no swimming pool.
Cons: Price was v expensive for the Sat 8th nite of thanxgg w/e. Had busload of rowdy kids and drunken adults very close; couldn't get any sleep before 330 am. Will accept a credit from Comfort Inn for the dreadful noise. Please reply.
Pros: We liked the tub = it showed another one on the booking but it was a little bit smaller and not exactly as it showed on the booking. It is nice and quiet and staff are nice and very polite.
Cons: tub jets were a bit dirty
Pros: Close to location.
Cons: Dirty, moldy.
Pros: We loved everything about this hotel, the location is perfect just off of 401. the rooms were clean. The front desk was extremely helpful & kind. We loved the free breakfast that had so many choices. Please keep up the good service, we will be back :)
Pros: Location, restaurants close by to grab a quick bite. Clean, quiet, efficient
Pros: Nothing outstanding. we enjoyed our sleep and the choice of pillows.
Cons: Plumbing is in serious need of attention....faucet in our room was broken. shower leaked. had to go to my sister's room to help her get her shower working. Not the kind of thing that leaves a good impression, even if everything else is fine.
Cons: Unfortunately we were unable to get any heat in the room we had.
Pros: Nice to have breakfast included
Pros: We had a great stay over and would certainly recommend it for other travelers.
