Excellent 10.0
Pros: Lovely apartment although the 'city view' wasn't really that as the apartment was set back from the street. Location excellent and we were easily able to access transport links. The apartment itself was stylish, roomy, very clean and well equipped. Staff were so friendly and attentive. We appreciated our daily housekeeping service and the welcoming touches of coffee, tea, milk, toiletries, dishwasher tablets and washing powder that enabled us to have time to shop later rather than going straight out to find supplies - a welcome treat after travelling. Facilities at the apartment were first class - nice crockery and all the utensils and pots and pans for cooking for oneself or guests (which we had). Truthfully, we enjoyed being there so much and definitely want to stay there again.
Cons: Nothing to dislike at all.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location is very convenience, close to Eaton center where you can shop and eat. Room has Keyboard, PC display, Roku TV, washing machine, disc washer, almost everything you need. Staff (male) are very friendly too.
Cons: The bed is too soft to me. Car park fee is a bit expensive (CAD 40 per day) and car park is not located within the apartment. Internet speed is not quite stable too, sometimes very slow.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location.. Fully equipped apartment
Cons: Some street noise but easily resolved with ear plugs
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Beautiful penthouse, friendly staff, and great location!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Andrea, a great guy who is always ready to help you so you don’t feel you are away from your home. Apartment was full of almost everything
Cons: Small maintenance like tap was leaking, Internet sometimes on and off, size of bed should be king instead queen otherwise all good 👍🏽
Excellent 9.0
Pros: What breakfast
Excellent 8.5
If you are looking for a place to stay in downtown Toronto, Yonge Suites is the place! It is conveniently located in the Theater District, Dundas Square and Eaton Towne Centre. It is also walking distance to various attractions such as Chinatown (Spadina), Kensington Market, CN Tower, and more. You can easily hop on the PATH as the station is located just outside the building. Stop #1 of the sightseeing tour (hop on/off) at Dundas Square.
Excellent 8.5
We stayed in a 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms suite. It has a nice size bedroom, living room with a sleeper sofa, full kitchen and laundry. There were 4 of us and we fit comfortably. There is also covered parking across the street at Eaton Towne Centre. The hotel manager was very accommodating. She provided us with a roll-away bed and made sure that the room was feather-free (my son is highly allergic to feathers). The room is very clean and dust free! Free WiFi! We will definitely stay here again when we are back in Toronto.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Room was how it was depicted on the website. Location was central and distance to restaurants, grocery/convenience stores, and clubs were perfect. Facilities in the hotel were clean and had quality equipment. All employees showed great attitude and hospitable service!
Cons: Hotel key cards were white/blank with no room # or brand identity. Breakfast food was simple and good, however, a bit pricey and breakfast credit was never applied on checkout.
Good 7.0
Pros: Needs to upgrade their TV
Cons: Washroom is great
Good 6.0
Pros: Food was good. Amenities- hot tub jets didn’t work until service was called - jets were weak. Steam room did not produce steam. In room showers weak pressure and poor drainage Overall a very pricey experience and I was expecting more bang for the buck.
Cons: See above
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We loved the room and the lobby!
Cons: We have to leave.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Amazing room, clean, spacious and staff were friendly.
Cons: Breakfast took too long for it to come. Had to wait a very long time just to get seated.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The atmosphere was awesome
Cons: The in room dining and restaurant in the lobby the menu was a bit small not much to choose from
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Great hotel goos staff
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The best thing about this hotel was the staff. Every person we came in contact with was so friendly and helpful. It was amazing.
Cons: For the price, and this could take into the prices for hotels in the area, I didn't think that the room was worth the price. The view was ok and the overall hotel room was ok. Not fantastic which is what I would expect for the price point.
Excellent 10.0
I stayed at the Shangri-La Toronto for the first time and found it to be one of the finest experiences I've had. The welcome, check-in, service, room and complimentary breakfast all combined to make this a memorable stay. My room was a standard king with all the amenities one could wish for, HD large TV, electric drapes, well-stocked mini bar, etc. I highly recommend the Sangri-La for any visit to Canada's financial center.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beats Trump, Four Seasons and Ritz......hands down....amazing atmosphere in the day & evening......
Cons: The pool was closed for a half day due to pipe burst.....
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Greeted warmly when we arrived, shown personally to our suite. All staff whether at the front desk, valets or cleaning staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
Okay 5.1
Pros: It doesn't worth money. I give it 3 star place with 5 star price.
Cons: See previous
Excellent 10.0
Pros: service was great, the view was beautiful, the room was excellent. It seemed like the stars aligned for us, but that just may be the great service of the hotel. The weight room was great. The concierge made a reservation for us at this great restaurant downtown.
Cons: I can't really say there was anything I didn't like about the hotel. I did a lot of research on hotels in toronto, and this was the highest rated and for good reason. If you're on the fence, go with Shangri-La

Excellent 8.8
I was blown away by the Fitness Centre at Hotel X. I was in heaven and wish I had more time to spend there. The hotel is beautiful, clean and the Staff were friendly. Only downfall was the night before, we went to their bar after a Blue Jays Game ~10:50pm and they informed us they were closing early and it was last call. There were three tables and two ppl at the bar, yet they were closing. Understandable it was a slow night, but most bars in that case send some of their 'excess staff' home, rather than closing when they still have that many tables open. They had 3 or 4 security guards (a lil overkill), bartender, waitress, and a DJ. They only need the bartender and 1-2(max) security guards. As we were leaving we saw 4 women being turned away at the door and in the lobby we heard a couple that was wanting to go. We let them know that they had closed early. I am not a light weight... and I like good tequila, they would have made money lol
Poor 1.0
Pros: Great view from the room.
Cons: This property was way more expensive then expected when booking through Booking.com. The room rate I expected to pay was $531 per night. I was charged $737. They charged $100 for late check out. Then they charged me with taking two 'notepad' holders. What the heck are notepad holders and why would I want them??!! They charged me $67 for these items, I didn't take. The overall bill was over $800 for one night stay.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: 5/5 we always stay at the x hotel and we never regret it!!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We love everything about the X!! Nothing but professional service from all the staff. They gave the kids a surprise plush monkey at check in, very nice touch. Extremely clean. No problems at all booking time slots for amenities. It prevents overcrowded common areas which is amazing. Loved that they had Tesla charging stations in the underground parking. I think it was our best stay yet. 10/10 We will be back for sure big 👍🏽
Good 6.0
Pros: Modern and sleek roof top pool and bars very nice
Cons: Location nothing really close near by
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Facilities were excellent, room was comfortable and quiet. Bellmen and Valets were quiet good. Clerks were efficient—with billing error quickly corrected.
Cons: Shortly after arriving we wandered into the library restaurant. There was a sign that said: “Wait to be Seated.” We did so and the hostess asked our Room number and we complied. We were seated and we proceeded to the serve yourself area with plates in hand and a few items on our plate when we were informed by a gentleman that we were not eligible for that restaurant. We said we were sorry and proceeded to return the plates with food on them. We secured our belongings from the table and left. A small sign would have been quite helpful where we entered saying the restaurant had restrictions on who could be seated. We had not been the hotel long at the time and I later read in a publication that restaurant had restrictions. There were no signs posted in the hotel that I could find regarding restaurants that explained the situation. I don’t want to blow this out of proportion but it was somewhat embarrassing.
Excellent 8.2
Pros: Rooftop pool on the 28th floor was amazing!
Cons: Honestly, we're booked and paid for a room with 3 guests, but everything from soap and shampoo to bathrobes and coffee cups for the Nespresso machine were for only 2 people. We had to call and request extra supplies.
Okay 4.8
Pros: Clean, modern hotel. Staff very friendly, helpful. Nice amenities in the room: coffee, milk, water, lights, etc.
Cons: Hard to figure out room - controls difficult to find, shower uncomfortable, not enough storage space in room. Hotel is in a deserted wasteland with no restaurants and 1 coffee shop in a mile radius. Toronto is in the middle of a lock-out with the A/V union at the next-door convention center, so every 6:15 am we were woken up by someone shouting through a megaphone at the hotel, saying we should be ashamed of ourselves.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Rooftop pool Rooms Amenities
Cons: Inexperienced bar staff uneven food offerings

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Rooms were very modern and amazing layout! Loved the bathroom and shower system. The lighting was so calming. The long counter across the window made great use of that space and provided a view to look out at.
Cons: Nothing really! Met my expectations.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location, easy access from the airport and plenty of opportunities for food, fun and attractions within walking distance to the hotel.
Cons: It wasn’t easy to locate the main entrance to the hotel. Had to ask someone, even though I was standing very close to the hotel.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Everything, especially valet parking
Cons: The cost of valet parking and the cost of the room
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Modern, very clean, staff incredible from getting us the room we wanted to recommending a superb restaurant.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was spot on
Cons: The ac in the rooms did not work
Excellent 10.0
The room was clean, quiet and everything worked as it should. The bed was comfortable and the Nespresso machine was a nice bonus. The hotel is in the perfect location for any downtown sporting events or meetings. It is connected to the PATH, so getting around to many locations without going outside is possible if the weather is poor. From the valet parking, to the bartender, to great rooms. This place is perfectly located in Toronto. The breakfast is fantastic also. The management have detailed every little part of your stay, so relax and enjoy! I will not hesitate to stay at this hotel again in the future. Thank you Paul and team for a great stay.
Excellent 10.0
Our entire family enjoyed this hotel. Decor was modern-urban and room layouts were great. The location was near transportation, walking distance to the hockey arena, restaurants, the CN Tower and other activities. Rooms were quiet and reasonably priced. Hotel staff was very kind. If in the area again we will return. The staff are very professional and friendly. Would love to stay here again.
Excellent 10.0
It really is the details. The people here were all lovely and personable. The room was very clean and decorated to our taste beautifully, modern but also warm and luxurious. Despite the location downtown, we enjoyed a quiet and peaceful sleep. The location alone was worth the stay! We attended a concert next door at ACC and travelled through Union Station which was across the street. The included breakfast was excellent. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Most efficient, friendliest staff, beautiful decor, great location
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location, location, location. Breakfast was great, people were VERY friendly, loved that there was a grocery store in the basement!

Cons: No.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was very comfortable - amazing shower and bed! Tatiana was a huge help! She pointed out great restaurants and helped us sign up for tours.
Good 7.0
Pros: The room was amazing and spacious as well as the valet service was friendly and kind!
Cons: The checkout process! When I went to check out they claimed they had refunded my payment that was paid at time of booking. Then proceeded to want to recharge me despite I had no confirmation my original payment had been refunded! This made no sense.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: The rooms where very good and the lay was well though
Cons: Little bit far from city centre other side of the railway line would have been great tho
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful property right in the heart of Maple Leaf square. Rooms are inviting and have a very homey feeling to them. If you're looking for a romantic getaway, this is definitely the location you should purchase.

Mediocre 3.0
Cons: 1. Very seriously disturbed during one night with a wedding party in a nearby room. Noise continued even after a call to Reception. 2. Double charged for trip to the Lakes and took ages for your team to accept error made and to receive refund
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff went over and above to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. They exceeded our needs and really made us feel welcomed and part of the Ritz family!
Excellent 8.0
Cons: New bar seems made for the elderly
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff and excellent location, close to rail station.
Cons: Only gripe was the error with the Niagea falls excursion. Booking error meant we couldn't do the boat ride. Also bathroom lighting turned off whilst using the toilet.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: spacious room. awesome toilet. attentive staff
Cons: bed too soft
Okay 4.0
Cons: This ritz Carlton is not ritz Carlton hotel sytle that we know .disappointed with their suite. Lobby, location and view.....compare of Montréal ritz and Toronto ritz , Montreal is classic, Toronto’ ritz like express business hotel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff were excellent
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Love the location, view & cleanliness
Cons: No, just a few things that could be improved...fridge didn't work properly, light over the tub didn't work, iron leaked water, etc.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The club lounge was amazing and all of the staff throughout delivered exceptional service!
Cons: I honestly can’t think of a thing to change
Excellent 10.0
Stellar, world-class, total customer-focused, and that was just check-in. Facilities, and service rivals the best hotels of this world.. only place to stay while in Toronto
Excellent 10.0
This hotel is conveniently located in the Toronto business district, almost next to the CN Tower. We stayed for three nights in a one-bedroom corner suite, with Club Level access. The Club offers five offerings of meals during different times of the day and we were very well fed during our stay. Our frequent visits to the club room is surely one of the highlights of our trip. Our corner room has a decent view of the CN Tower and nearby office buildings. The sitting area is smallish, with most of the space dedicated to the bedroom and bathroom. During our stay, we can walk to nearby restaurants and shops, without the need of a rental car. The location is very convenient and we did not experience any traffic noises or fan/crowd noises from the nearby stadium. Nice stay at this hotel especially helpful with club access, if you like to snack & drink after a day trip. Definitely will be back again on our next visit to Toronto.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Beautiful hotel!
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Room layout, lighting, bathroom & view
Cons: HVAC - too warm without windows that open
Excellent 10.0
Pros: As soon as I arrived , I was greeted with a warm welcome where I felt like I was home away from home. I told the concierge that it was my first time in Toronto and he upgraded our room to the lake side view. When I got to the room, I saw why he had upgraded to the Lake view was even more incredible than I had imagine

Okay 5.0
Pros: the one bedroom suite is spacious and well decorated.
Cons: The staff seem disinterested in service. The front desk and wait staff are friendly. Valet is a nightmare. We had plumbing issues in our suite, clogged sinks and shower head wasn’t working. at $1700 a night one expects a higher level of service.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: A bit too expensive. Small veriaty.
Cons: I couldn't warm the room to my comfort. After a night or two the offered a heater, which is noisy but did the work
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Amazing in all aspects.
Cons: No
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The Staff is exceptional. The room was clean and beautiful. The bed was comfortable. Everything was excellent.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything
Cons: Noting
Excellent 10.0
Pros: All aspects of the service was first class. The pool was enjoyable
Cons: Yes, I look forward to room service with tablecloths, cutlery and dishes. I am aware because of Covid-19, plastic containers and plastic spoons were required.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: attentive staff, nice size room, big bathtub
Cons: bed was a little soft for my liking
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We stayed to celebrate my husbands birthday and brought our 2 year old, and the hotel concierge and butler service were beyond accommodating! Although it’s a pricey stay, the service made it well worth it!
Excellent 10.0
As soon as we arrived at the hotel and were greeted by a friendly doorman who made us feel very important from the get-go. We entered the hotel to check in, and were very surprised to be greeted by our names. After being escorted to our room by the bellman, he gave us a tour of the room and showed us how everything worked. Overall we both loved the room, they are big, luxurious and modern. We didn't get a chance to use the spa as we were only there for one night, but we did receive a tour of the facility. The service at this hotel is probably the best I have ever received; the staff seem genuinely happy and more than willing to help with anything. I definitely plan on staying here again.
Excellent 10.0
Impressive, excellent, amazing, some of few words people may use to describe the hotel itself. However, the true quality of this establishment is the outstanding performance and service of the hotel staff. Never have I experienced this high a level of professionalism and utter most care for a client. Quality has been met on every level with doorman remembering his name and to the food that is served with the gorgeous architecture of the Stock Restaurant. An organization is nothing without the people that uphold its reputation. The room I stayed in was spectacular with the marble heated floors in the bathroom, Rain like shower, TV inside the bathroom mirror, high ceilings, flooring, furniture. I could go on forever. I loved the wall controls that controlled all lights and the drapes automatically. Highly recommended.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was beautiful. Our favorite was the Trump chocolate bars. The kids loved the TV embedded in the bathroom mirror.
Cons: My only complaint was the the lighting in the bathroom could have been brighter. It was a little dim for applying makeup.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Attentive staff
Cons: Need exhaust fans in the bathroom Lack of TV stations in the lounge - why in Canada could we not see the Stanley Cup playoffs in the lounge???
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We inadvertently left somethings in the car that was valet parked. Our bellhop brought our bags up and immediately helped us with our situation. In a few minutes our other items were up in our room. It was so effortless. I also loved how well staffed if was and how ready they were to help us with anything.
Good 6.8
Pros: People very friendly...Jon twigg very kind to get door leading into our room fixed.
Cons: Door didn't work..had to wait to get fixed. Room not ready when we arrived at 330pm, had to wait 20 minutes in lobby. Bed not turned down second night we were there. Hairs found in our bathtub..
Excellent 9.4
Pros: The location is great. Short walk to everywhere and multiple places to eat nearby.
Cons: Be aware that you HAVE to valet park, which costs $50 per night per car. They do not give you the option to park yourself.

Okay 5.0
Pros: location
Cons: expensive for what seems to be a little dated now. Soho right beside it is nicer in my opinion and half the price on a bigger room
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The Stella Suite was extremely spacious, the decor was top notch and the service was outstanding!!!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The room was stunning and staff were so accommodating of every request. The rooftop bar was lovely and location is perfect.
Cons: We went to Mister C, the adjoining bar, and were treated really rudely by staff which didn’t reflect the staff in the actual hotel.
Good 7.0
Pros: great location and cool hotel. big rooms.
Cons: poor daylight and view.
Excellent 9.0
Cons: Kost. Had lunch there but no coffee available and meal was average. Given the number of restaurants in the vicinity, we would opt for one in the future. Usually stay at Sheraton Centre.
Good 7.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Rooms not very clean and too much noise from construction.
Okay 4.8
Pros: The reception staff are very friendly and customer service orientated. The hotel is situated right in the middle of downtown so a great location if you want to be out in the city
Cons: Very over priced for the level of room. They also have a rooftop bar which is a nightmare on the weekends. Visitors come in through the hotel lobby and use the elevators to access the bar. As the bar is currently a hot spot, this means long lines to access the elevator to your room on the weekends. The pool is also located on the bar level and has very little space. Bar staff are not helpful and borderline rude

Excellent 8.0
Pros: For this much cost, at least they should be willing to deliver food at my room
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very clean nice rooms, wonderful staff
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The Valet service was very helpful when we first arrived at the hotel, making sure we knew where to go to park. The staff at the Front desk were very helpful with our check in and check out.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This is a magnificent and beautiful hotel. Just amazing. It’s in the city, close to everything, bike hire just outside, great coffee shop down the side too. Just book it. Pay for excellence.
Cons: Loved everything
Excellent 8.0
Pros: beautiful hotel
Cons: no room service
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location, decor Staff sent my Wife a birthday card and chocolates when they found out it was her birthday. Nice touch!
Cons: Front Desk staff saw me waiting, but choose to answer the phone instead of addressing me first. (Bear in mind, I was waiting before the phone rang.) Room has "smart" refrigerator that does not keep perishables???
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Check in was a breeze, big room with a big comfortable bed, modern amenities, and easy to get to/from the train station and other local attractions. Very friendly staff.
Cons: I don't really have any gripes, so I'll say softer toilet paper. This was honestly the only thing that stood out as less than excellent to me.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Staff is so welcoming! Room service menu (and actual food) is amazing. I never have a bad experience at The King Eddy!
Excellent 10.0
This is one of the best hotels in Toronto! Everything was great!
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Your provider (Cancelon) failed to provide us a hotel room.
Excellent 9.7
Cons: Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed and great location
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I love this hotel. It's close to everything, it's clean, and everyone is very professional. The rooms were large and the beds were so comfortable.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Quiet, comfortable and convenient.
Cons: No swimming pool.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I was upgraded by the front desk into a King suite room. It was beautiful. Great service by all staff.
Cons: No pool.
Good 7.0
Pros: Location and helpful staff and how clean everything was
Cons: No
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Fabulous location for us -- we were heading to a concert at the Sony Centre. Great selection of restaurants nearby. Helpful staff. We especially appreciated being able to store our luggage while we explored Toronto after checking out.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Beautiful hotel in a great location!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Nice comfortable king bed.
Cons: A/C a little noisy
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The doormen were very helpful.
Cons: There was no onsite self parking. Also, the hotel stay should have included a perk such as complimentary breakfast or drinks.
Excellent 8.5
We stayed at the Omni for three nights and it did not disappoint. Our room was beautiful, exceptionally clean and everyone in the hotel was so friendly and helpful. The beautiful decor and luxurious guest rooms made for an extremely comfortable stay. Our main host was Charlet and she was such a lovely spirit. She made our stay even more special and gave us a wonderful list of places to go and see. The front desk and room service staff were delightful, everyone was very friendly and the housekeeper did a wonderful job with the room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great design, everything is clean, friendly staff
Cons: None I can think of
Good 6.0
Pros: Great location. We have lots of personal history (we spent our wedding night there along with several anniversaries). Excellent king size mattress. Despite that, we probably won't return (see below), which is a shame.
Cons: Uneaten room service meals stayed on a cart outside a room down the hall for hours. Later, the cart was covered over and moved next to our door. Yuck! The fan for the heat in the room needs replacement. It's incredibly noisy, which disturbed our sleep.
Good 6.0
Pros: lobby very nice bed nice not enough for the stars advertised. nice bathroom
Cons: rooms too small not good location
Okay 5.0
Cons: The hotel offered King Size bed with a view of the city. Our room faced another building and looked down at an alley. Also the windows were so dirty you could barley see anything out of them and it was very gross and we had to keep the curtains closed.
Excellent 10.0
Great location and beautiful property. Staff was always available and friendly. We dined in Victoria's Restaurant for breakfast, which was delicious. I tried to customize on a la carte, and the server did try to push me toward buffet. He did work with me after I showed a little disappointment though. We had massages and pedicures in the spa, which was so relaxing, and the staff was really great. The room was nice, and we always came back to a clean room, or to a nice turndown. We were grateful to have the umbrella in the closet, as it poured the day we planned to explore the town, and it was so nice to have with us. I loved the mirror in the bathroom the lighting on it was subtle but perfect. The only two complaints I have is that I noticed tiny hairs stuck on the ceiling of all places not a place housekeeping would typically look, so it's understandable they missed it. I'm curious as to how they even ended up there. The shower also had trouble draining for a few minutes after first turning on, then would correct itself and you'd have no issues afterward (otherwise the shower was phenomenal).
Excellent 8.5
The door staff were very friendly and greeted us every time we entered/left the hotel. We had dinner on our last night in the lounge bar which was great - the menu was great and the bar staff very friendly. The hotel lobby is stunning. Our room was massive and the beds were so comfy. The room was extremely clean and having a separate toilet to the main bathroom was great when we were both trying to get ready at the same time as both had mirrors! Check in and check out was seamless. There were cheaper hotels we could have chosen but I doubt any would have been in such good location, coupled with great service and such luxury! Would definitely recommend! The only thing I'd suggest to someone is that when booking the Niagara falls trip (either through the hotel or not) would be to take the cheaper ticket that doesn't include the lunch at the hotel. There is a massive street with fast food places etc you can eat rather than a buffet lunch that costs more than $40. We weren't pushed to take this option from the hotel but I'd been before so knew there were other options.
Excellent 10.0
AMAZING!!!
Good 7.0
Pros: Convenient location, stylish decor, good restaurant, friendly staff.
Cons: The pillows are hard, synthetic and lumpy. The hotel has no pool or outdoor space. Hotel is overpriced for its value. Many of Toronto's 3.5 star hotels rival the Omni King Edward.
Good 7.7
Pros: We always love going to the King Edward Hotel when we visit downtown Toronto. The location is terrific if you want to walk, shop, and sight see. We've been choosing this hotel for years.
Cons: Since we book this hotel often ... it would be nice to be recognized and rewarded. Perhaps with a room upgrade or something ... Most notably though on this last visit I noticed our bed was sagging in the middle. I had to sleep on the edges of the mattress not to fall into the centre.
Excellent 10.0
We used the valet as we didn't want the hassle of trying to find parking in the poor weather conditions. We still think that the cost of the valet is extortionate and whilst walking in the area there are other parking options at a cheaper rate. There is also a wait for your car so make sure you order it ahead of time if you are in a hurry. The hotel itself is old and elegant. I understand it has had a recent update and the attention to detail really shows through, The lobby is stunning and the old photographs by the elevator show how not much has changed in the building since it was built just improved. When checking in we were offered the option to upgrade to club level free WiFi, coffee and snacks (2-4 Pm), canapes and free drinks (5-7 Pm) and continental breakfast for $40 each per day. We decided to take this option for the 1st day and review whether we would include it for the remainder of our stay. We visited the club lounge for coffee and cookies and then again for canapes. Both were good and with the drinks package it was a welcome treat for the end of a long day. Breakfast the next morning was a pleasant surprise as it was plentiful and we enjoyed all that was offered. The service we received here was good and should be the benchmark for the rest of the hotel. We decided not to continue with the club lounge for the remainder of our stay as we wanted to explore so didn't want to be tied to the hotel. Our room was spacious and included everything we could need. I think we were in a club room so it may have been a little more luxurious than the basic room. It overlooked a building site so not really a great view. The noise level was fine as we were up and out of the room early and back after everyone had gone home. The Consort bar was beautiful and the staff on the whole were pleasant and efficient, We were served by George on our first visit who was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Good 7.0
Cons: We had to wait 45 minutes to get our car from the valet service when we were leaving because they forgot to get it.
Excellent 10.0
We wanted to get away for the weekend to Enjoy a perfect any experience in the entertainment area. We finally staff at the hotel very helpful with their recommendations. Parking was extremely easy to find, check out time at noon was a bonus and allowed us to enjoy breakfast before rushing out. I intend to use the services of the King Edward Hotel on a more frequent basis. I would recommend to anyone. My husband and I had a fantastic experience at the Omni King Edward. I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to friends and family. My wife and I are looking forward to spending our next anniversary here.
Excellent 10.0
It was my first time in Toronto for a business trip and I had an incredible time. This hotel was in the perfect location and I could access most everything I needed within a short walk. The hotel is beautiful, the staff in wonderful and the consort bar has great food. I had a meal there almost everyday of the trip and was never disappointed. Make sure to sign up for their loyalty program prior to your stay. It gives nice free benefits, and it's very simple. Highly recommend.
Excellent 10.0
It was a pleasure staying at the Omni King Edward. Wonderfully located just a block away from St James Cathedral, the property was in great condition. My room was lavishly furnished, with special attention given to small details, like plenty of towels and amenities in the bathroom, a generous choice of various coffee and tea, extra pillows and blankets, and an iron, bathrobes, and hangers in the spacious closet. Extremely comfortable bedding. All the staff was courteous and well-trained, with impeccable housekeeping and room service. They go out of their way to make their guests feel comfortable. Shout out to our Breakfast and tea server, they provided wonderful service. Great value for the price of a room. This will be our place to stay in downtown Toronto. Highly recommended.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent service as always
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Best hotel staff we've encountered in a long, long time.
Poor 1.0
Pros: The decor was really nice but the room was on the smaller side.
Cons: The staff was rude and there wasn't any close by parking and valet parking was $55.
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: There was noise music till 2 a.m. in the morning
Good 7.0
Cons: No parking, fee for wifi
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything!!!
Cons: Nothing
Good 7.0
Pros: location great
Excellent 9.7
Cons: could have used a cash machine somewhere in the building.
Good 7.0
Pros: Ground level bar
Cons: Shop the net, it is cheaper than dealing with the "loyalty ambassador"
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Our room was spacious and comfortable.
Cons: I did not realize that guests would have dogs in the hotel. I prefer a pet free location.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Good location
Cons: Could only offer a room with 1 bed. Asked for roll away and they didn't know if one was available. 15 charge for wifi which is crazy in a --- a night room. And there was even a charge for bottle water in room!
Okay 4.0
Cons: Air conditioning to loud.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel is beautiful. Really did a wonderful job remodeling. Rooms are quite large with generous seating areas and extra large bathrooms. Location is great.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel property was immaculate and was in walking distance to many places of interest such as Eaton Centre, St. Lawrence Market, Distillery area, St. Michael"s Cathedral, SONY Performing Atrs Center and many fabulous restaurants and bars. The employees of the hotel were motivated in making our experience a great one. The concierge staff were most helpful with their suggestions and directions.

Good 7.0
Pros: Great staff, clean room and enquiries quickly dealt with. Wi-fi was very good. Great location.
Cons: Not the property’s fault but lots of building work nearby so ask for a room on the opposite side of the hotel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very modern and stylish design
Cons: Room lighting a little dark
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Central downtown location with very easy access to the Lake, restaurants, shops, airport, city attractions. Modern, contemporary design. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. We had a King Classic Suite on the 8th floor as we wanted a separate seating and desk area. Very quiet despite the construction in the area. The bathroom is fabulous: large walk-in shower, separate toilet, complimentary toiletries, clean and nice smelling. The bed area / lounge, desk area divider unit and the bed unit are very well designed and modern: lots of hanging and storage space, TV on each side, bar fridge, coffee/tea/ drinks area etc etc. Liked the Nespresso machine.
Cons: No separate light in the bathroom / toilet. A night light / curtesy light would REALLY be appreciated. I am amazed that this is not thought of when designing a hotel or guest house bathroom. Just a dimmer switch would do the job! Otherwise one has to use a cell phone torch or screen light during the night to avoid disturbing a partner / room mate. The room is dark due to the dark wood furniture and dark carpet. Bottom sheet not fitted. Duvets too bulky and hot for me. As the temperature in the room can be controlled, a heavy duvet is not required. A duvet choice would be nice. I asked for a light duvet but it was not provided. A Brita water filter jug would be a nice addition ......or a filtered water station on the floor. If an Ice Station is provided, why not a filtered water station?
Good 6.0
Pros: Rooms need a refresh.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: From the moment you arrive, you are aware you are in a special place. The understated luxury and the attentive but discrete staff mean you can enjoy your stay in the knowledge everything you need is at your fingertips while enjoying as much privacy as you need. The wood-paneled design theme is carried through the hotel from the lobby to your room, which is a haven from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Do ask for a quiet room though as the noise of Toronto's condo construction boom can interrupt the tranquility in some areas (a problem not unique to Le Germain). But the hotel has even thought of that. It helpfully provides ear plugs in the bedrooms for those who are sleep-challenged. It's just one of the many little and big touches that make this hotel an oasis in the entertainment district of Canada's largest city, just a short distance from Toronto's island airport served by the Porter airline.
Cons: 1. Super staff who don't get "in your face" 2. Understated charm of hotel with thoughtful design touches 3. FantastIc bedrooms with plenty of space (judging by our room) 4. Convenient location in Toronto's downtown theatre district and close to waterfront

Good 6.0
Our room looked ok on the surface. But if you looked close it was definitely in need of a deep clean and some repairs. The walls needed to be cleaned. And there was a bathtub tap in our shower (no bathtub). Very strange.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great feel, great staff, smaller is better here! 5th floor has a great view of the harbourfront!
Cons: Restaurants are closed cause of Covid, but the cafe on the main floor is open for great snacks and breakfast:-)
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Comfy and big bed, parking was close and very easy, friendly staff, clean, nice shampoos and other amenities! Well located to the CN Tower and downtown!
Cons: No bath, view was to the side so didn't get a lake or city view. Room was fully wooden floor so wasn't cosy or comfy. Hair dryer was malten and burnt (damaged) so I didn't feel safe to use it. Most of the hotel facilities (restaurants etc) were closed which was disappointing. Parking wasn't clearly advertised, it wasn't the price we expected.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff
Cons: No
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The view and the friendliness of the staff
Cons: The weather
Good 7.0
Pros: very large bedroom with good and comfortable bed
Cons: It’s a pity that the restaurant was shut because we love a big breakfast in the hotel to start our day
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The hotel is located near the harbour front, which makes it ideal for an early morning walk. It is also a 15-20 min walk away from the city centre. The hotel room was relatively modern with a fantastic view of the CN tower. The bathrooms were very comfortable too! The staff at this hotel are extremely helpful, and were quick to provide assistance in everything we needed.
Cons: Nothing really. If I had to mention something very minor, we thought that the bathroom during check-in could have been cleaned better.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: the hotel is right on the water and that's a bonus for me, plus a restaurant with a patio is right there as well. easy to walk anywhere plus a streetcar is right there as well. the staff is great!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location, everything was simple from the big inning to the end, check in, check out, wi-fi, the space in the room etc. Everything was so perfect!
Cons: Nothing!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The staff was friendly and the young woman in the evenings was truly helpful and accommodating.
Cons: The air in the room was somewhat stale so a window to open would¿ve been good. Also there was no working fan in the bathroom.

Cons: Parking was not free and staff didn’t inform us about it. When we checkout they charge the parking fees.

Cons: No
Excellent 10.0
In Toronto for a very short stay. The hotel rooms were very nice with wood floors and comfortable mattresses. The room we stayed in was just perfect. The beds were comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. The next day I had ordered in breakfast and it was very good. Very close to everything and if not a quick jump on bus to go where you need to go. The shower room was Clean, tidy and modern. The burgers were fantastic and the chocolate chip cookie dessert. Rooms were clean and spacious. I didn't even notice until our last day that there is a fridge in the room and that was a bonus or would have been! Overall, a great stay.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very convenient to all downtown attractions Underground parking Lots of restaurants in area Walking distance to everything- Union station an easy 7 min walk
Excellent 8.5
We were given a warm welcome at check in by the lovely Symanthia, our room was just amazing with a wonderful harbour view, the bed was huge and so comfortable, the bathroom was huge with a great shower and complimentary toiletries, we had a safe, iron board and iron and a great coffee machine with a great selection of coffee pods. We joined the Radisson rewards program at check in and this got us free bottled water,,we had breakfast one morning in the restaurant and felt it was good value at 22 dollars because of the choice of hot and cold buffet, the lovely setting and the friendly staff, we visited the pool and it looked great with plenty of loungers, we just didn’t have the time to use it. The location is the best, right on the waterfront with plenty of restaurants and bars close by, only five minutes walk to the Rogers Centre and CN Tower. We would highly recommend and will most definitely return if visiting Toronto again!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly staff Great pool Big rooms Late check out
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, relaxing and the harbour view was just relaxing we actually ended up staying an extra night. Large shower, lots of towels. They brought in a microwave on request. Location is walking distance (even with a little one) to CN Tower and major central Toronto attractions. It's convenient that you have the parking even after checkout - until 6pm of your departure date. We came in March but I would consider it again in.summer to use the pool and patio.
Cons: Can't think of anything
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The reservation was booked over a month in advance on Kayak for a conference but upon arrival there was no record of my reservation. The Staff were very concerned and were able to get me a room in an otherwise fully booked hotel.
Excellent 10.0
We were so happy with our time at the Radisson Admiral Toronto Harbourfront hotel. We arrived prior to check in time and not only was a room ready, but they upgraded us with a Harbour view. The room was spacious, bright and clean and the perfect size for a family of 4. We parked our car in the garage underground when we arrived and never needed it again until we checked out as the hotel was easy walking distance to all the sights we wanted to see. The parking garage was well lit and we were never concerned about the safety of our car while being in there. We are already talking about coming back to Toronto during the summer, hopefully sometime soon, and we will most definitely be booking at the Radisson again. Thank you for the perfect stay.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: The staff was great and went above and beyond when needing assistance or needing to find a store
Cons: The grout in the shower was a bit dirty and well as the ceiling
Excellent 10.0
Cons: Cost of breakfast, but was still very great food!
Okay 4.0
Pros: The Location was very good.
Cons: I had asked for a late Check out on the Day when I did my Booking. I asked a gain by the Check in. und I had to ask a gain the day before i had to live. For the future i expect a a mandatory answer in a better time. Information should come to the Per.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: very nice updated hotel close to many attractions and public transportation.
Cons: staff could have been more knowledgeable about locations and attractractions
Good 7.0
Pros: Room was beautiful
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Loved the full wall of windows with shutters on them in the bedroom and windows/skylights in the bathroom. Made the room so wonderfully bright in the mornings. Modern updates gave the room a high-end look and feel. Very beautiful. Very comfortable.
Cons: We experienced four minor annoyances. Firstly, the fireplace (which came with a remote - pretty cool) made squeaking noises when it was on. Secondly, the mattress was overdue for a change - my side had a significant body indentation in it. Thirdly, the lower spigot in the shower was not attached to the wall - it stuck out about a foot or so into the shower. Lastly, the old tub is still in the bathroom but really just takes up space (it's a short tub, so no spa-like soaking). None were huge issues, just minor details that should be addressed.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location between Ontario lake and the CN tower!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location was phenomenal, within walking distance of so much -- only a 10-15 walk from Air Canada Centre, a couple minutes from the Rogers Centre/aquarium/CN Tower, and just a short subway ride from the ROM and Casa Loma, etc. The restaurant behind the hotel (Amsterdam Brewhouse) was absolutely fantastic as well. The rooms were so clean and big and comfortable. It was perfect for a weekend getaway. On top of it, the staff was so friendly and helpful, making for an even better stay.
Cons: The only thing I really didn't like was the fact that parking wasn't free for hotel guests (it was $21/day), but I know that it's a hotel in the downtown area of a large city, so they can't really control that/you should expect to pay for parking.
Good 6.8
Pros: The location was pretty good with pretty quick access via street car to the main subway terminal. Staff was also very friendly and helpful.
Cons: This is definitely not a luxury hotel. Things look nice but the hotel is old with a new coat of paint. You can tell where the renovations were done on a budget so things looked nice, but were not actually done well. In addition, the walls were paper thin. We could hear the people in the next room having a conversation. We did get the hotel for a very good rate, but there is absolutely no way the rooms are worth normal price. The hotel itself is not bad, but it is by no means 'luxury.'
Mediocre 3.7
Cons: Settled into the hotel restaurant for dinner--seemed nice at first glance--only to discover that the only way for guests to use the pool facility is to enter and exit, you guessed it, right through the restaurant. Read: noisy kids, waterlogged floors, noisy commotion, did I mention noise? Yeah. Noise, lots of noise. What an incredible fail for Radisson.
Good 7.7
Pros: The breakfast french toast was delicious. Good downtown location.
Cons: Room didn't have blackout curtains, but it did have Eastern exposure (i.e. the early sun). I think the more expensive rooms had blackout curtains, but that should be a standard feature, not one you pay more for! Bathroom didn't have a toilet-paper dispenser. Had to unroll it on my own. Nor did the shower have a full closing door- only half the shower was covered.

Good 6.0
Location is amazing. Came back to our room and found a man standing in our shower on the phone. Turned out our room as meant to be blocked off for renovation work. Had to move rooms. The couple who we were with changed rooms twice. Once because of an enormous amount of dust in the room (as if construction has been done on there and never cleaned up) and the last room they found a knife underneath the bed sheets.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The most comfortable bed, lovely room, and great shower. Helpful staff, close to everywhere we needed to be. Excellent stay.
Cons: Noisy neighbours, sounded like a large group having pre-drinks...heard them come back at 3.30am as well. We will make sure not to have a room with adjoining door next time. Thankfully the noise didn't last that long. The door man was a little abrasive when we arrived and were the car valet parking organized. Other than these small things, it was a wonderful visit.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Everything
Cons: To hot in room couldn't cool it down
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I like that we ended up getting adjoining rooms. Absolutely loved the beds. And the staff was all very friendly. They even called a taxi for us to go to Medieval Times.
Cons: The only thing I really didn't like was that you have to pay for the bottled water in the room. And that the one elevator was out of order the entire time but that's expected they all need maintenance once in a while. THANKS
Excellent 10.0
Pros: service and staff were exceptional. property is located in a great spot. valet and room check in experience was amazing. hotel was clean and quiet.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: location, free internet, has valet parking, many elevators
Cons: parking 40$, valet 50$ per day
Poor 1.0
Pros: The view and cleanliness was good
Cons: the service was terrible. they did not provide me the fridge even it was written that was included in the room. I really needed it to put my baby's food in that fridge.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Location
Excellent 9.0
Pros: location
Cons: rooms are outdated
Good 7.1
Pros: Never any wait for the elevator or the Starbucks!
Cons: Quite a bit is closed like the Club room, vending machines and ice machines, the rooms facing the baseball stadium, due to low occupancy levels I’m guessing.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location. Staff. Clean. Friendly. Helpful.
Cons: Can’t think of anything
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The location is prime and the staff here are awesome!
Cons: I enjoyed it!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Upgraded for no extra charge. Great location and 12pm checkout.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very nice room and the hotel is in a great location for tourist activities
Cons: Drapes cords were tied together high above your head (i.e. ceiling was about 20' high). As a result, the drapes could not be opened and prevented you from looking out the window. Was later advised that this was not intended as normal practice.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly staff, big room, comfortable bed, great location
Cons: no
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. the Staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The hotel is in the entertainment district and within walking distance to everything we needed.
Cons: all good … nothing negative can be said.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Clean and centrally located.
Cons: It was pricey.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Parking was offered 5 months ago and this time told differently! Front staff was rude, told us policy changed? Ignorant and poor customer service Will not stay there again
Excellent 8.5
Nice Marriott attached to the Rogers Centre. The hotel is in the Entertainment District so it is close to many tourist attractions (CN Tower, aquarium, etc.) and many nice restaurants. We had a short walk to the theater for Come From Away. Staff at check-in was fantastic. The concierge, Monika, was very useful in helping us get our bearings. Our room on the 11th (top) floor was very large and comfortable. It felt like it had been renovated recently. Hotel parking was surprisingly affordable at C$30 given the central location, and the parking was not cramped. The parking does security checks when you arrive so I suppose it could take some time to park when it is busy.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Our room overlooked the field. And it was fun to watch them prepare for the home opener. Staff was great very helpful and friendly.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Supurb downtown location. The lobby bar view of the baseball field inside the Rogers Centre was pretty cool and would be awesome on game day.
Cons: Lousy view from our city view room on the 1st floor. Fitness center was nice but lacking a sauna , change area and sundries and other simple amenities.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was big and had a view of the rogers centre, which we loved. Really liked that the screen tv welcomes you by your name, I thought that was excellent customer service. The bathroom was nicely decorated and I felt it was different then the regular hotel room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location and available valet parking saved us a lot of stress. Very friendly, helpful staff
Cons: We were booked for 3 people and only had 2 coffee cups. No microwave which should be standard
Okay 4.5
Pros: the location and the room was clean.
Cons: the manager isnt truthful and gives a horrible scammer vibe. its a long story, but he just lies to secure a sale and is very deceitful. also hotel management was slow and needed to be called multiple times for small concerns. it was annoying having to keep calling and reminding them. also the hotel had loud and disturbing noises as early as 6am and throughout the morning which made waking up very unpleasant. also no toothpaste, and the tv remote was missing.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: The convenience, it’s close to the majority of the tourist attractions and great places to eat.
Cons: Only thing, the room had a bit of a pet smell too it. I have a dog at home, so it wasn’t enough to bother me, but definitely noticeable and unexpected.
Excellent 9.1
Overall a good stay in a nice hotel conveniently located. There were not any events going on while there and therefore did not experience any of the noise issues that some reviews have mentioned. Hotel is not completely renovated - I was hoping for one of the recently renovated rooms but it was not possible. The room I was in was still very nice but will need some upgrading.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: We took train, then walked mostly through skyway bridges from airport. Staff was friendly, room clean and ready for us. One night stay, was a comfortable rest. Was able to use Netflix to watch a show.
Cons: Recreation areas not available during our short stay.
Good 6.0
Pros: The staff is extremely helpful and the location is great, right by the CN tower, walking distance to Union Station (about 10 minutes). The room I stayed in was very spacious.
Cons: The hotel was being renovated, so there was no convenient access to a pool or fitness centre (you would have to go to the Delta hotel a couple of blocks away for that); the ice machine/vending machine room on my floor was locked with no sign or note explaining the reason or where to go for an open ice/vending machine room -- maybe those are also being renovated. My particular room seemed to be in need of renovations as well (like caulking the bathtub). After the renovations are completed things should be OK, but I was really disappointed as I had no heads up about these issues and would have booked a different hotel if I had known about them.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Stayed for a concert loved it
Excellent 8.5
Pros: it was a nice view and the water front wasn't to far from the amphitheater were i was going
Cons: it was over priced for a small hotel like that
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Large rooms and beautiful large bathroom. Staff friendly and happy to help
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Fast check in, complimentary breakfast above the norm, close to transport and entertainment
Cons: Expensive parking. Wifi should be free.
