Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guest reviews overwhelmingly highlight severe cleanliness and safety concerns, with frequent mentions of roaches, filth, and unsafe conditions both inside and outside the hotel. Many guests describe the property as dirty, with bugs, mold, and unpleasant odors, and some report feeling unsafe due to the presence of panhandlers, drug activity, and poor door security. Service is also criticized, with staff described as rude or unhelpful and advertised amenities often unavailable. Only a few guests note positives such as proximity to the airport or polite staff, but these are far outweighed by the negative experiences.AI-Generated from customer reviews
