    The price point was good and the people friendly.

    The lack of cleaning. There was a Hershey bar and trash under the bed and house keeping requires a call 24 hours ahead of time and they don't bring new linens. You have to fetch them yourself. I understand if they don't want to touch your old ones, but why not the new ones? I understand COVID, but that shouldn't stop them from doing their best while taking precautions.

    The heater created a room full of smoke and set off the smoke alarm. When I called down to the front desk they said that happens every once in a while and didn't seem concerned. When we checked out (they did comp the room) we asked why it didn't trigger a master alarm in the office or front desk. They thought that it should have but didn't and asked the maintenance person to check it out. We left quickly.

    Ok, not great

    Stayed in the 2 room suite which gave us the room we wanted. Thought it was weird there was no microwave in the suite though. The door separating the rooms was great. The king bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was included...though not a huge spread the waffles were good.

    Didn't seem overly clean. Needs some TLC (fresh paint, updating, new furniture, etc). For $220/night figured we'd get a nicer place. Didn't like that there was no microwave in the room. Elevators took forever.

    Great location!

    Liked the location. It is near restaurants within walking distance. Room was very clean. I would stay here again.

    I was ill the day we arrived and tried to check in a little after 1PM (check in is 3PM), so I could lay down. I was told no rooms were available until 3PM and after so I had to wait. And when I did check in later, after getting up to my room received a call from front desk that my credit card had declined. To straighten out I had to call my credit card company which gave me the confirmation number for the room charge as my card had not declined.
