Building is a bit dated but overall was okay. Hallway and stairs were old and dirty. Bathroom sink was cracked and everything was just old.

Pros (+) Easy check in and check out. Customer service was great. When I called about the stale smoke the person seemed genuinely concerned.
Cons (-) Room smelled like stale smoke as soon as you entered room. The hotel is supposed to be non smoking only. There was also some college boys having a party down the hall.
